  1. Nice marble--nice find! Marble--On!!
  2. Thanks cheese. Nice marble! This is the first that I have heard of them having a machine. I need more info and will appreciate anything that you have to add. Marble--On!!
  3. I agree Mojo--you did your part for sure. I appreciate you and what you have done for all of us that get a tad crazy with marbles. Marble--On my friend!!
  4. This is a nice blue "bennie" or "Bennigton". They are "glazed" clay marbles. In my world the bigger or smaller the better. They get quite big--over 1" and quite small--inder 1/2" The brown ones are more common in my experience followed by the blue ones. These come in a variety of colors that may be mixed. The little eyes or dots are a result of them being stacked together during the firing finish. The glaze kinda stuck to each other as they were packed into the kiln quite tightly. Marble--On!!
  5. I will stick to my guns here--I have lived and learned. There is no marble in my entire collection that shines like the one that you posted from "facebook". A bit-of-Windex and it looks like your OP imho. Thanks for the update--it is no MK imho--just a very shiny--and very nice--Imperial. Of course, I may be wrong and I will always appreciate more opinions and look forward to seeing them all. Keep them coming my marble collecting friend and I will keep my opinions coming as well--right or wrong. Marble--On!!
  6. “Calligraphy”--Alley Agate, just a killer marble! This one is from “The Wild”. Keep looking and searching—they are still out there. Marble—On!!
  7. I have had a few polished by the best--Leroy. It was early on in my collecting addiction --never again. I still look at them as polished and a learning experience as well. He did very well--I think that I jumped the gun. Today, I would trade them for a nice corkscrew. I paid bad money for marbles that I do not really like that much today. Original surface rules regardless of the defects---imho of course. Hold the reins in--whenever it counts and of course--- to the next! Marble--On!!
  8. This one is a WVS and I just suck at WVS ID More opinions are needed and welcomed. Marble--On!!
  9. Whew!! I am against texting and driving--let alone Marble ID and driving. I will bow out here. Marble--On!!

    Patches?

The very shiny one from your file looks like a Pelt Acme Realer--it should show some AV in my experience. The rest are hard to tell although some of them are Pelt. There are just too many with not enough views As far as your "pirated images"--- I see some Akro, some Vitro and some Pelts--there may be a few other makers included. Lets get this straight with Pelt Patches--they are two color--not including the "merged" or overlapping colors that may produce a different shade of glass. I hope that this helps--never be afraid to ask. Marble--On!!

    Patches?

    Vitro imho. Marble--On!!
  12. It could well be. The difference is the finish--the last one is just too shiny and I think that it has been fixed with something to make it look like it is not. If I were looking to bid, I would be very skeptical. All marbles look better with a little spit appliedđŸ€©. Just mho— Marble—On!!

    ID help

Bogard is the most famous maker of "black" veined cats imho. The ones that I have are most commonly found in the "Mountaineer Shooters" blister pack. The one that I have are all four viened. That being said, they do not all come out perfect but if yours has less that four vanes I would suggest an asian made marble. Marble--On!!
  14. Left--left--left. You must be a Nascar racing fan! Marble--On!!
  15. All opinions are welcomed here--keep them coming, all of you! I welcome them all, as all of us here on the "marbleconnection" do. None of us here are beyond any learning----I learn everyday--love it! Marble--On!!
  16. Asian or Mexican. The Vacor "Blue Dolphin" might be a candidate. I just reviewed the Vacor web page and the base colors are all over the place in shades of blue. The patch or striping colors are not too consitant either. Marble--On!!
  17. 1700? My eyes are getting bloodshot just thinking about it👀. I don't think I could do much over 300 in one day without blood running down my cheeks😁. You are a sorting machine! Marble--On!!
  18. I agree, pretty neat. We will probably not be able to identify the maker. This is a machine made marble with some unintended “pollution”. They do show up from time to time in the wild. Usually these were picked out and discarded at the factory. Yours was more than likely indeed to be a “Cleary” and I can understand why they missed it at the factory—hard to spot. Backlight them all and maybe find one or two more in the future. Pretty neat for sure—a keeper! Marble—On!!
  19. Nice group Mojo! Were the printed ones a surprise? Great stuff! Great finds! Marble--On!!
  20. Welcome to "themarbleconnection" Caterpillar. Show us what you have for sure. Marble--On!!
  21. Too many bubbles to be a Vacor Atmosphere imho--my guess would be an older "Bulgarian"--not really that old but they are getting better at what "They" do. As always, more opinions are needed and respected. Marble--On!!
  22. Hit it with some UV Mojo--you know what the older glass usually does. Regardless--nice find, I might have hooked them as well. Marble--On!!
  23. This is a nice sized amber slag imho. Probably made by MFC. More opinions are welcomed and needed here. Marble--On!!
  24. I cannot really say if any MK cats came this big but it sure looks like one to me. Nice images, nice looking cat! Marble--On!!
  25. Stick your finger in it and see if it smells like toe-jamđŸ€ą Cool find!! Marble--On!!
