  9. Hers is a link-- https://marbleconnection.com/topic/27979-wishfully-thinking-parrot/#comment-242594 Marble--On!!
  10. This is just a killer recipe--great for these hotter than usual times---fussy--but what would you rather do? Greek Chicken and Barley Salad • 12 oz of skinless, boneless chicken breast cubed to ½ inch. • Flour as needed • Paprika as needed • 3 cups broth • 1 cup uncooked pearl barley • 1 cup cubed seeded cucumber • ¼ cup diced celery • ¼ cup diced red onion • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved • ½ cup cubed yellow, orange, red or green bell pepper • ½ cup reduced-fat feta cheese • ¾ cup chopped pitted olives • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil • 1 tsp grated lemon rind • 2 TBS fresh lemon juice • 1 TBS minced fresh basil • 1 tsp minced fresh oregano • 1 tsp red wine vinegar • 1/2 tsp kosher salt • 2 garlic cloves, pressed Dredge chicken in flour/paprika mixture, then brown until done in a nonstick pan. Bring 3 cups broth to a boil in a large saucepan; add barley. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 35 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork. Cool. Combine chicken, barley, cucumber, and ingredients through olives. in a large bowl. To prepare dressing, combine 3 tablespoons oil, rind, and remaining ingredients; stir well. Add to barley mixture; toss well. Cover and chill.
  11. Here is a little "Parrot" @ 5/8". Marble--On!!
  12. Thanks for the images. This one may be a Jabo imho. I appreciate all opinions and hope to see some more. Marble--On!!
  13. Those images are just great—. Marble—on my friend!
  14. Size always matters--it does look like a Vitro---??? Marble--On!!
  15. I agree with Ric. The size is a matter for sure---- This one may be from Europe—it does not strike me as an Asian made marble. It is very cool—I have never seen this one before—or anything like it. Maybe @Mojo can give us a clue here. Marble—On!!
  16. I do not mean to make an issue here Ric. Research what Ron has said on this board---I think that your old pal had it right--right here on the Marble Connection. Marble--On!!
  17. I would like to see some more images of the top middle--- Marble--On!!
  18. We have to research this further. Parrots are Parrots--the smaller ones had a name given to them by collectors--parakeets’—just a smaller version of Parrots. The name “Parrot” was a name given in the shop where they were made by the man who made them. The smaller ones are very rare--but they are still Parrots—with a collector’s nickname. The same color combos and numbers still apply. The OP is a common Vitro imho.—Not a “Parrot”. More like an “All Red” with no red. This is just my opinion based on what I have learned from the best. I appreciate all opinions and hope to see some more. Marble—On!!
  19. This one is an Alley imho--a nice one! Marble--On!!
  20. Show us Chuck G--I do not own one and have not seen one. Marble--On!!
  21. This always happens in my marble room. This is why I alway say----"backlight them all" and "apply UV" as well. (size always matters) These are all clues to the maker--do what you must and do what needs to be done. This one needs more "common" images for an ID from me. Marble--On!!
  22. Blue on blue--find one-- This is a "Great marble" from a great marble collecting friend. Marble on!!!
