  1. I enjoy a dusty Patina lately🧹. Marble--On!!
  2. That is a very nice Popeye. These colors also showed up with a UV reactive base glass that is not hard to spot--it looks yellowish (not clear like plastic wrap-- but transparent yellowish--like plastic wrap from the Walking Dead). I believe that this color combo also produced the most "Hybrids" (three or more colors). Orange I think? 3/4" is not real common find with Popeyes--Great find. Thanks for sharing it here @TheMarbleConnection. Marble--On!!
  3. I think that this one is an older WVS--it looks like it reacts under UV but it has white that does not react. Sooo--3 colors imho.(at least three different types of glass) Maybe @cheese can put this one to rest. Nice marble!--Still a tad weird though. Marble--On!!
  4. Not Bennies--Clays. I like em. Marble--On!!
  5. The term "Helmet" does not apply to this Akro-or any Akro for that matter--just sayin😁. Marble--On!!
  6. Yep a weird marble that is worth a bump. My first thought was a messy Peltier Rainbo--but I do not really think so here. Marble--On!!
  7. I would sort it as Akro slag Fire. Marble--On!!
  8. Some of those "bigger" Jabo Classics came in some pretty muddy colors. Marble--On!!
  9. The first set of images--I would venture to say that it is an Akro"Hero". Regardless of the ID--very nice find imho. Marble--On!!
  10. Great images my marble collecting friend! Marble--On!!
  11. Yep-pretty weird--but a weird keeper for sure. I am on the Jabo train here. Marble--On!!

    Jabo?

Slow down Ric--it is a good example of a cobalt blue something. Many folks, such as I, appreciate a good cobalt blue glass in anything. I would pick it up for a buck or two--just because I like it. It is more than likely a "Jabo Classic"--or a Jabo("Jaybo") made for general sales to the general public across the world. I just love this stuff--collect what you like and stick to it regardless of any opinion---mine too. Marble--On!!
  13. Stop Joe2 and check out E-bay--there are tons of these left for sale. Very many at least. Get out of your head and do the research🤡. Thanks for asking--I do my best. Marble--On!!
  14. I doubt that I will see one better Al---Nice marble!!! Thanks for sharing it with us here. Marble---On!!
  15. Hey Wolf--nice marble. This one displays the difference between "Popeyes" of the same color combo. Some are just--"yep a Popeye" and some are just "Wow--what a "Popeye". The yellow and green in this one knock it up a notch or two. Great marble!! Nice images! (Crop them a bit more--in the future) Thanks for sharing it. Marble--On!!
  16. Not much more Ric--you pretty much nailed it. The earlier Masters were just that--Master Made. Hard to find damage even when used----One of the best glass marbles ever made for play imho. They just stood up very well against the stone/agate marbles that they were designed to compete with. Marble--On!!
  17. Lovely to me--A double ingot no doubt--Akro imho. Nice marble!! Marble--On!!
  18. Well, I still think that this one is glass. @Alan never seems to be one to stay out of the way out of correcting/advising on any ID--including me (which I appreciate). I always appreciate all opinions and I learn from them as well. Marble--On!!
  19. I will always give my two cents to a post with such effort and nice images I agree with @Ric. Marble--On!!
  20. I agree with Master on this one--very nice! Marble--On!!
