Here are some more pics of this pelt patch. Very odd!

This one is a Pelt. It was more than likely intended to be a patch imho. The metal involved makes it rare imho---very cool!!! Marble--On!! -
@Steph posted some Anacortes Vitro lately. Check them out. MarbleāOn!!

Wisconsin of course---š. Marble--On!!

I believe that you have more āOpalsā than you think William. Each marble has to be backlit looking for a reddish/pinkish glow in the base glass. This will show up while backlighting them as you move the marble around over the light. Some are hard to IDājust get the base glass if you can and be rewarded. If yours is an āOpalā it is a very cool findānot really common imho. I appreciate all opinions and hope to see some more. MarbleāOn!!

Ohhh- believe me--you have more than 6 Jabo in your collection. The Jabo āFactory Madesā (āClassicsā) are like a little gnat that keeps folks amazed and confusedāand bittenāall of us have been bitten by Jabo marbles for sure as far as ID goes. The Vitro from the times in the state of Washington are very similarājust not the sameāin a weird way. @Steph opened a bag of Anacortes Washington Vitroāso did Iāseveral-- just to get the jest of them all. Steph thought that it may naughtyānot meāI just want to MarbleāOn!! The ID is the thingāsometimes a sacrifice is needed/warranted. Do what you must but keep on in the search and of course--- MarbleāOn!!

Nice Pelt Boris64! Marble--On!!

I can see why the purple one was ID'd as a Pelt--the tongue. This one needs more images but I would not doubt that it is a weird Rainbo. The grey AV patch needs some more images as well. My eye went right to the slags nice group! Marble--On!!

I like these too-the egg yolk yellow and the red along with the green base and the white--not so rare but very cool. Keep them coming William! I just love this stuff! Marble--On!!

X2--that was my first impression. Marble--On!!

Nice looker--all of the above could be true for sure. I will lean towards Akro here because of image #1. It looks like a corkscrew that did not cooperate. Very cool find indeed! Marble--On!!

Early imperials with shooters
akroorka replied to davesnothere's topic in General Marble & Glass Chat
Just a bit of advice. The name āImperialā was a conglomerate on the west coast of the USA. They never made their own marbles. They did market marbles--from all over the Asian countries--many of them--just many-many from different machines and different companies. A group of these may be from the same manufacturer ānot always imho. The larger ones do appear to be a larger Imperial typesāvery cool imho. I appreciate all opinions and hope to see some more.
