I think it is Alley because of the pointy ends of the swirls and the other side is kind of blank with a small colored clip.

I don't think it's Jabo. I lean toward Pelt too.

stonehenge4242 was very kind to me this and I got a box of 29 marbles in the mail today. Mostly Mega Marbles and I suspect I have half a dozen cool Jabo's in this mix. 6 Big boulders. More than a few of these I do not have for sure! Isn't that nice? Whadda guy! Thanks. Big 1 inch Raven Big 1 inch Liberty The other Biggins' Liberty, and a black based boulder with white and brown swirls. (I can't find another like it but it might be a Raven too, just an odd swirl color other than yellow, it looks more brown) Raven, Bumblebee, Hippo and Flamingo 2 Trolls, 2 Firefighters, Serpent and Scorpion 2016 Parrot, 6 Jabos, 1 Jabo, 2 Bengal Tigers & 1 Davinci Banana Swirl, 2 fancy Jabos Went in with Old Fashioned swirls, Rooster and Wicked Owl and this owl is wicked sick, I just get a good pic yet. Awesome breed. He was hoping for a display on the Lego Stage so here we go. Click for bigger!

Group 4 might just be "Orca" It is odd that I don't have any 50% white 50% black ones which take up more than half the marbles you might find in a net bag. However, I am finding some that look very much like my marbles amidst some older orca. Funny how I ended up with almost all the kind that strongly resemble a Black Panther in design. See . . . I am settling on Orca

I appreciate that. Thank you very much for trying. I have looked long myself. That's why I ask. That one that could hide amidst my polar bears does not look right when they are together. Those will be tempted to say that's what it is but I don't think so. It looks even more out of place with the jelly fish. I was wondering if Vacor was sometimes like other companies and just put out no name marbles sometimes. Such as . . . the white patches on the transparent bases I show. Maybe Vacor has some "filler" marbles for those Hobby Lobby bags?

Pelt The Magic Dragon It looks juicy like watermelon too.

I agree! My first impression was Jabo.

Group one 5/8 Purple tinted Gray base with White and sky blue swirls. Not iridescent. Group 2 5/8th Transparent base with single white patch, somewhat shiny with light iridescence. Group 3 We are not Bengal Tigers at 5/8th but have that same orange base. The top right might be a bit distorted tiger but red, green and blue is not found on Bengal Tigers. GOING WITH CLOWNFISH HERE Group 4 5/8th Black opaque base with a white brushed patch on one side and a purple/tan/white blended brush opposite side. Going with "Orca" here. Group 5 Mixed bunch Top row of three purple tinted gray opaque base. Left is 5/8 two right are 9/16th if that. They have the same colors in use but I am not convinced they are the same mibs. The two on the right look almost identical. I just can't find any this color combo. This one I am pretty sure is a "Streamer" Bottom three, left white swirl is a little larger than 5/8th. Not iridescent. But it came out of a asst bag of Mega Fun marbles. I am going with "Rainbow" on this one. Has a patch on either side. In with a yellow one now that had me stumped. Center is 5/8 and very iridescent but I find it is not a Jelly fish in color. It might be a weak Polar Bear lacking black highlights in the swirl. Right is 5/8, Colors look very familiar, but this one lacks a typical pattern to identify. The backside has a rather large area of thin purple.

I think I posted these before but in a group. I have about 20 or so, some other stuff could qualify as paperweights too. No Baccarat or Clichy but still very neat to display. They don't mingle with the marbles.

Beautiful collection Mojo. Thanks for posting.

Real Bees? Yikes

Wow wow and wow here. Akro is what got me hooked.

Marbles I have found. I know nothing about marbles.
The Nickel Guy replied to mike1973's topic in Marble I.D.'s
Welcome to this forum. I see numerous Mega Marbles from Mexico in there. The confetti covered frit on black and a clear one with frit. All those yellow based ones with the wavy stripes. Orange transparent with white stripes and the blue and yellow ones. Common cats eyes and common clearies. -
Thank you. I don't know if I'll remember to post tomorrow for Akro Friday so I get in here a few hours early. I took these pictures after making that Blue Green gif. I have other Akros but I'm only showing my corkscrews and snakes here. There's about 5 lazy corks and a mutant boulder and another cool one that looks like a leaf appears on the beginning or end, but they both turn from pole to pole. These are now resting in the glass covered tray as seen in pic 1. I think they look better scattered rather than sorted by like kind,

I made this animated gif tonight of the only one I have. It is quite different than yours. It is green on blue though.
-
Last pic, bottom right green looks like a peltier to me.
-
MCS is a multi colored swirl I am guessing. I have pretty many swirls but nothing like that. Very nice.
-
Thanks for that info. Since that picture was taken, I have found a few more nice ones. I am due to take a new group picture. I'll try to get better pictures of my blue/green one.

Looks like caramel.
