  2. Only if I have "extras".I didnt go through my 5/8th to pee-wee's yet.I did pick out a couple,in the bag,but that aint enough to get rid of any,,,,yet. Didnt you find any in your group?(mixed in with the 5/8th r/w/B)
  3. You might even find some pee-wee's,champagne base, with green and blue aventurine, oxblood and lutz. Double fisted,"special" coffee+a couple of pork chops in a can,are just a couple of the secrets.-LOL You gotta have a good "bumping leg too,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Hey Gary,I bet you will NEVER forget the run.(same as me).Wouldnt it be great,to do it again? Id be there in record time!!
  4. ILL put a couple boxes of jabos, and cullet in my garden,if you need to do some digging!!---LOL
  5. Ancient, chinese secret---------shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh,,,,,,,,,,, You gotta watch that night shift,,,,,,,,, LOL
  6. Holy maccaroni and cheese, batman!! Thats a dirty trick, giving me the fishings fever! I dont have many hot spots on the Ohio, other than at Hannibal locks,in New Martinsville, specificaly, under the bridge, and in the race way at the dam. Hmmmmm,James river-----Just up from the ferry, bellow James town campground is about the only place I wet the lines down there.Cant go ther without hitting up,Captain Georges seafood buffet. (Im usualy good for 7 plates there!) I cant wait for may to come around.I got a "schedule",to die for.It goes like this: Come to Cairo for the marble festival, spend the week in Paden City, with my buddy Scott, Back down to Vienna, for the marble show, then home for 2 days. Next up,off to Brimfield Mass.,for the week long antique show, followed up with the South Portland Maine, marble show. Its possible,I might slip in some bottom fishing, for haddock and cod,out there in that "perfect storm",area. And to finish it up,an extreme case of "fillet and release",in N.H. I wonder if my fishing buddy Jeff is going to get "The Miracle Sickness".You know the one, were he gets to work, and falls ill,and has to go home, but shows up at the dock, healthy as a horse, and ready to do some slaying.---LOL
  7. Nope, not at all upset.Glad I could entertain you for a short spell. Griff
  8. That shirt was a gift from "duffy".Im still waiting for my fingerprint to grow back.Them things are hot, when you pick two up,and put them together like that!---LOL Hows your tongue, the artist, formerly known as rookie? Good thing I had that meter.I wouldnt want to do that again, without it! Griff
  9. Im always relaxed Marie.I can only be sympathetic to a point. You want to refer to people as "babies" because you disagree with there opinion, the sympathy is over. If you dont want to hear an aggressive response, then dont make comment like "do you UNDERSTAND? If you want to disagree with my opinion on an identification,no problem, but at least have the courtesy to say why,---"because I said so",doesn't quite cut it. If you have some information, everyone should know, then by all means, share it. If you know more about marbles, then everyone else, then show it. Griff
  10. Please take your medicine, and go respond in the thread about the "lace",Christensen or master. Specificaly, post 18
  11. Now I wonder how we got all those doubles??---snicker snicker
  12. I will be posting some groups over in buy sell trade. I will be putting some of the money away,in my rainy day fund, for a couple of my friends, that can use a helping hand. If you know me,you know my friends Im refering too. If you are interested in any, please pm me. I will be adding more groups(just getting started) Thanks,,,,Griff
  13. Thanks! Im just sharing what Ive seen, first hand, come out of the dirt, and identify the marble maker. Kind of have to watch the "original packaging",without some kind of previous documentation. Its too easy,to switch marbles around. I know of a couple of "them",out there, that would do it,just for the sake of an arguement,or for the almighty dollar,,,,,,,,,,
  14. Im ready for my lessons!WAAAAAA---WAAAAA--goo goo gaa gaa,,,,,,,,binki binki I dont know if Im off topic,or on.Cant quit understand what the topic is here,,,,,,
  15. Ok,here is why Griff thinks its master, and not cac. 1-The "feathering" of the color. 2-The "V" shaped shear mark on the poles.Typical of master made. 3-The base glass is dark brown, transparent, not a light amber, transparent. 4-The blue and green, bleeding together. 5-Haveing blue and green. I think you can see all 5 in this photo. I guess it doesnt matter that I have dug the cullet,at master made, with the exact color combos. There are 2 types of "blue laces" that I know of.I only use the "blue Lace" name, for christensen, even though there were,"West Virginia" swirls, produced, that look almost, identical. One is what you typicaly see in a striped transparent, with 2 seams.Light amber, almost honey colored, transparent based, with opaque baby blue. The other type,is in a random, swirl form, with the same, honey, transparent base with opaque baby blue. Here are a couple picture of a couple of halves,I dug, myself,at the christensen site,in cambridge. Im interested in hearing why you think its christensen,Marie,,,,,,,,,,,,,
  16. pm me if there for sale. How much?--are they marked on the bottom, any chips, and are the drain holes in tact? Cash or marbles? Griff
  17. Yeah,I can get a half way decent photo, useing the sun,in the window sill. Just need a better camera.
