lstmmrbls
some may call it a banded transparent. Onionskins should have an opaque color(uaually white) under the color stripes
ann
I'd be one of the ones calling it a banded transparent . . .
MarbleDawg86
IMO it's a Joseph's coat swirl. Too many bands to be a banded transparent. Josephs Coat Swirls have multicolored bands placed very close together. The colors can also be very bright or more earthy. There may be many different colors in the bands or as few as two. MarbleDawg86
Oh, and sometimes the bands can have gaps and sometimes they can be much deeper below the surface... Like shrunken onionskins
machinemades
Another vote for Joseph's Coat, at least same type and time frame if there is a minimum amount of color requirements. Sami

ann
I'm reluctant to call it a Joselh's Coat . . . not as many colors as I'd like to see. But that may just be my personal taste and classifying system . . . But I think we all agree, not an onionskin . . .
orbboy
I'll say Joseph as well. Just not a colourful one.
