Better Late Than Never

Recommended Posts

A little while back I got a wonderful mail surprise 'banana-wise'.

I was enjoying all the different colors and shapes so much, that I

emphasized this in the photo I took to thank the people involved.

But it just hit me that I never took 'the' photo that the people here

who understand how my goofy brain works would 'expect' me to take.

So here it is!

I like the mental image I get from your idea.

But if someone else wants to literally do it, I'll let them. :P

Maybe Jessica could make this a project when she cranks up Photoshop!

Didn't we used to have the 'dancing banana' smiley here?

Although that one would be particularly useful in this case, for some

strange reason it also seemed to fit in well with a lot of other situations.

And as long as I'm on the topic, I'd really like to have a 'slapping oneself

in the face' smiley. Given how often I goof up, I could use that one frequently! ( :

For the record, I always figured it would be fun to build a 'personal library'

of smileys. Not certain if groups of this nature are only able to use the ones

that are 'built-in' or not. Thought it was worth looking into.

Every time I've gone on the web and looked at 'smiley sites' to find out if

this could be done, I've wound up with one or more awful computer infections.

I don't normally have problems going anywhere else. Of course this might

just be some sort of bad coincidence. But I thought it was worth mentioning. :o

A dancing banana and an animated gif* avatar!

This guy seems to know how things work around here!

How's it going, Louis?

I have at least a couple board-related questions, and also a 'stamp' situation.

I'm exhausted now, but will probably take you up on the e-mail invitation for

questions tomorrow if that's okay. Hope I won't make you feel like you've

opened up a can of worms!

(*The pronunciation of this term was debated on 'The Big Bang Theory' television show tonight.)
