J_Ding
Finally, a response! Is this scarce? Thanks Ron! John
ann
It may depend on who you ask, but it's scarce to me! Maybe Ron will come back and tell us -- is this the same as a "Mountain Dew?" (in another thread)
Ric
As far as I know, Mountain Dews lack the darker green and brown colors - pretty much a transparent green base with yellow swirls in and on.
J_Ding
Mountain Dew is a named marble I don't know. Could anyone post a pic? I wonder if I have any! John
Ric
The search bar is a great tool: http://marbleconnection.com/topic/20835-post-a-marble-with-a-name/?p=183373

Ric
No offense at all - just wasn't sure if you were aware.
J_Ding
Great..not ever looking to step on toes...I use the search functions often in my studies. I searched MD just now...but I'm getting nothing. I get, like four pages. Most of these pages have dew in there somewhere and Sammy's mountains but not that mib. I'm lazy just now , and maybe a bit too busy to look just now at all four pages. When I put quotes around "mountain dew" which restricts the search, I only get this thread. Maybe this weekend I'll sift through the four pages of hits. I want to know! John

wvrons
The original marble is Alley and not easy to find. I just sold one to a serious Alley collector. The Alley Mountain Dew marbles seem very hard to find.

I have another example, not shown...might use this in a trade some time. john
