Something I Made.....alley Agate Cullet

I found this great piece of Alley flame cullet so I thought I would try out some lapidary skill on it and see what happens. First I split the piece in two. This made matching but inverse flames patterns. The glass polished up well on my lapidary wheels. The hardest part was gluing on the bails. I think they came out ok for the first try. Hope you guys like them.

Thanks everyone. Ric, I started them in July lol, but I only did one side. I decided that was unacceptable and did both sides of each. Total time in the wheels was probably only a few hours. Just been busy etc....There were a few micro scratches I couldn't get out but that happens as you take away layers. Do you want a huge belt buckle???!!!
