VTAndrea
I'm pretty sure I've seen this one discussed in the past, but have forgotten what conclusions people came to about maker. It's an oxblood patch on a transparent deep midnight blue base filled with blue dots, 1" in size. Extremely difficult to photograph with my poor camera skills but I tried to show the colors. Is it an Akro experimental? European?
zaboo
ok I looked at this a few times, I didn't see the size, and because of the size, I rule out akro. sorry. sooo. either foreign or jabo. the puckers at the pole are a little strange. JerryG
Not oxblood, but same type of ribbons and a deep blue transparent base. Sold as Foreign.
