I never said Superman.  I have it catalog as a Pelt Superboy or MCS. If you look back into the score thread (April/May) you’ll see pics I posted about this MiB and discussion had.

No, I wasn't trying to be nasty, just get a couple different views of the mib. Since Fire was stuck on it being a Superman just didn't want people to get the wrong ideas. Thanks' for the lookback date though, I'll have a looksee   :)  May 16th, nice mib indeed  & yes a super boy, great size, Miller style, nice mib. Guess I'll post the link for others so you don't have to take a bunch of pix. Towards the bottom of the page, good pix man. Now I remember it !!

Not an MCS (Multi Color Swirl) it's what's classified as a Miller Style & judging by the size and looks of it, it was probably actually made on the Miller machine. Email Brian, he'd know 100 if it's a miller machine marble, he owns and makes single gather marbles on the old Miller machine

something looks off, are there any sharp edges on the dimples or pits, or any trace of a seam where the ribbons meet ?

I think there's one or two but everything is smooth going.

whew, had ME WORRIED THERE FOR A MINUTE

The only areas of notice are these 3 but all I feel is smooth. It's hard enough to look at close range but in hand, they're invisible. How does she look?? She's actually one of my wettest marbles.

Generally you can feel the sems on a pelt, your marble still concerns me. it doesn't look right where the colors fade in and out., and the cracks and tiny round holes are out of place also. I wish i could hold it in hand for 2 seconds i could tell you exactly, it gives indications of light polishing or hand buffing, just my opinion, others will chime in on the matter. Pelts are one of the main types I collect so I am verry familiar with their traits.
