RED SLAG .61

Well, Here we go. Slag vs swirl:computer-22:
I want to see some more of that long cutoff mark from the top and both sides. This one reminds me of a diaper fold.
I think it is a slag—maybe a rare one, or—it could be a Jabo swirl-🙈.
More opinions and images are needed of this one.
Get out the popcorn and Marble On!!!

Thanks for the quick images. If you have any sunlight left I would love to see it there.

As of now, I cannot call it one way or the other. I am still on the slag train though, a well filled slag with buried white imho.

That is a very long cutoff, maybe it is just a fold in the glass that follows the cutoff. I am off the diaper fold thing for now.

More opinions are needed and appreciated.

Marble--On!!

I see transparent clear running through opaque red, I know a slag is transparent base glass (green, red, purple, etc.) w/ opaque white swirling through it, the first pic really has me guessing swirl, maybe a backlit pic would tell the tale ??

CAC and Pelt both did red, this isn’t either……., imo……, but, as pointed out many times here, we have all seen examples w/o them having much that would help nail down an ID! However, I’m not going to buy one as a CAC that I’m not pretty positive is one from the traits it is presenting. Just saying.

I still see transparent clear running through opaque red, very evident in the first pic.  Never seen a slag like this. The red is supposed to be transparent in a slag with white swirling through it, not a slag IMO
