Pistachio Marble (Alley or something else)?

If it has a UV + green base with black swirls or flames, with no other colors, it’s an Alley Pistachio.

I circled it in this photo, so I guess it's definitely an Alley Pistachio then as it definitely glows.

Just wondering if there are any other thoughts on this one? It is definitely pistachio colored and has a black swirl, and it does glow, but doesn't look at all like any of the Alley Pistachio's that I've found online. Can I safely say it's an Alley Pistachio or did any other marble manufacturers make pistachio colored marbles that glow?

Many have flames but like Tommy said, some are more impressive than others.  Perfect example is the Peltier Liberty recently discussed.

I`d be hesitant to call it a Pistachio if it were mine. Made with the same glass, probably, but no flames takes it out of that category for me. I gotta see some flames.

I respect your experience, but Ron Shepherd says flame OR swirl ( see AAM July 18, 2022).

To each his own! Ultimately it`s your marble to classify as you will. For me personally, a Pistachio has to be flaming. In the same way, the cork on a corkscrew has to be neat and balanced before i will buy it. I think everybody has their standards for what they`ll buy and what they won`t. I`m pretty picky, is all.  I'm an art historian, I can`t help it!

I have always thought that Pistachios are a type of Flame. Mine passed the test with 5 flame tips. So I’m thinking a Pistachio Swirl on this one. And yes….I know Flames are a type of swirl so let’s not go there. Sometimes a swirl is a swirl 🔥

I worked this one over pretty hard with my photo editor.
In my experience; Pistachios have a brown based black color. This marble appears to have more of a true black color.
Alley also made a marble that resembles a Pistachio but it does not glow. This one may be an Alley but that is out of my realm.
I do not believe that I would call it a Pistachio if it were in my collection and that has nothing to do with the pattern, just the colors.
All opinions are welcomed and appreciated.
Marble—On!!
