I don`t really see anything that would be of much interest to marble collectors, but I would wait for others to comment. They may spot something I don`t. Maybe even in a flat rate medium box to about $17.00 . I agree your marbles are mostly modern and or lots from Mexico. A few Vitro All Reds etc. and some old clays that have very little value. I was collecting marbles for looks and displaying purposes at that time. I knew absolutely nothing about them. The lady said there were some rare ones in there. Just like autos, some are worth much more than others. A 2020 Cadilliac is worth a lot more than a 1989 Ford Escort. Being old does not make a marble valuable. Condition is number one with marbles. Because a marble glows under a uv black light does not mean it is old or valuable. There can be a long list of things to be aware of before buying marbles. Unless you buy them cheap at craft store or Walmart, just for display crafts, or kids play. DO NOT believe any sales pitch, more people do not know what value their marbles have, than ones who do know. Amen too this, Andi....I would venture to say most of us have jumped into the marble world similar to the way you did! As stated by Ron and others here and in your other thread, slow it down and do some research before investing. Me, I used the advice my mother gave me regarding railroad tracks when I was kid, following the first "mistakes" I made with aquiring marbles..."Stop...Look...and Listen"... Temper your temptations to spend until you get somewhat of a handle on things. It wouldn't hurt to ask someone here either for advice on future purchases either. Many people who think they know something, like the clays are ancient Indian marbles, maybe, but them darn Indians must have had millions and millions before the Spanish came about [Grin] Not to leave out the nonsense of civil war marbles. Your first photo, people who don't have the clue that they're made in Mexico or China etc. think it Ka-Ching! I mean, some sellers are liars and con artists yet there's plenty who've got that Ka-Ching! delusion but have no clue. Your clay and ceramic are older, but billions were made. Exception: that gray and black/gray spotted might be worth something to keep and looking into. You do have some collectible marbles in there, but not worth so much that would be of value after you pay ebay 12% of the whole buyers price where eBay gets that in your shipping cost too. Even Ebay is ripping off people by making you pay them a percentage of your shipping cost. I mean, if you charge buyer exact postage it cost you? Ebay gets 12% of that, the bums. Plus shipping, handling, your time to be worth the effort to sell individual marbles and junk the rest.? Got kids?, pick the best and knuckle down (play marbles games) the rest.
