browncat73
Haha actually it's ace Ventura pet detective. It's when he's looking for the dolphin in the pool and impersonates bones. Awesome picture btw. Haha love it

jhomer2172
Two more pics from grandpas, idk, the red in yours is too red and there is no tan at all, the white looks CAC maybe but overall doesn’t look “damn” close to me. What’s the old saying? Close only counts in horse shoes or hand grenades! Lol I’m seeing Ravenswood possibilities too!

I’ve seen 3 known examples in a row all 3 looked different to me , when you look online and get 10 different known looking mibs it’s confusing I wish I could help with the ID
Jeff54
In the CAC Bloody; it's the bloody color that's so obvious, which Akro can have too, in corks, but also the thick ribbons or glass steam that makes the difference. Alan's illustrates it well.

It's all very maddening but, fun at the same time. I'm a newbie so I'm trying to soak up as much as I can. Thanks for the words of wisdom.
jhomer2172
Get your glasses on Dave! Lots of tan in the next to last pics. Sheshh, bloodies do vary and can be confusing like American Agates. But they generally have that deep rich red and tan/ brown on the CAC very white base. Hi yes I agree the one has lots of tan 👍 American Agates ya let’s not go there ,that rabbit hole is deep ,dump a box of American Agates in with National Prima’s and separate them , that would be tough ✌️

ann
Tan is frequently there, but it`s not required for a CAC bloodie. Alan`s example, for instance.
