Who would vote CAC on this one?

I remember several years ago that one of the identifiers of a CAC swirl is in the first photo. It's the "tongue" of glass that has all of the colors of the marble.

Nice marble. 
Tongues of glass show up in many makers marbles. It is just a part of the marble making world. Three colors in one tongue may be a different thing however and is a trait that I am not familiar with. After a tiny bit of research I see what you mean.
I would lean toward Alley Agate here though.
Consider that when I make a WVS ID all opinions are necessary.
