I have seen these Kaysons boxes of marbles before but never with a game involved.
This is just a share for any that are interested. These images are as found.
The box is practically unused with the dimples from the holes in the bottom of the box yet. I will call it a great find in my world.
All opinions are appreciated and welcomed.

It's definitely a cool little game, Art. I have a few thoughts FWIW. First, unlike original bags, boxes are obviously easier to back-fill and I have seen these boxes with swirls in them too - transparent ones, if I remember right. The number of marbles you're showing seems a little odd since it's not a multiple of 10, which is what one might expect if the marbles were packaged specifically for the game. It also seems that there are only 6 of each color, even though it would take 10 marbles of the same color for a single player. Also, some of the marbles appear to be 1/2" while others appear to be 9/16", even within the same color group. And while it's very difficult to tell for sure, it appears the marbles may have been produced by more than one company. All of this makes me doubt that the box has its original contents, which is not to say that the box and some of the marbles in it were not sold together with the game.

I have had two of these boxes and both contained swirls. Seen a few others with swirls and one with Master marbles. I agree that some of these boxes were backfilled. It is nice to see the board game by Kayson's Novelty Co. I have not see it before.

Neat, I love how even the little cutout viewer slot is still there from the box. I have two Kayson's boxes, one with Alox marbles I believe, the other has a St. Mary's shooter, Alox transparent swirls, Vitro helmets, and Heaton swirls. I suspect both are full of original contents or mostly original since they match in colors and style. All the Heatons are the same type and color and the Alox marbles are a selection of certain colors with repeats. All appear to be in mint condition (unplayed with surfaces). I think they bought whatever they could from wherever they could and filled the boxes with anything.

Thanks Cheese.

I agree.

When I lifted the insert from the box these little chits just lifted from vacuum and littered the floor.

I just found another chit today--very cool to find one like this indeed.
