The Nickel Guy
Welcome to Marble Connection SacMatt. WVS is short for West Virginia Swirl and there were numerous marble makers that made similar swirl marbles. Therefore it is a general catagory of marble types that can be from different marble makers. Most often you will see the white base with one color swirls on it. There are some with colored bases and some with more than one color swirls. It is not easy, and sometimes almost impossible to determine which maker made what. There is a lot to learn with swirls identification but a general knowledge for rookies, (Like myself) is good to acquire. You'll find some more about them on this site and of course reading posts and asking questions. Here's a good link. https://marbleconnection.com/joemarbles/1Marble Picture Pages/26Marble Pictures Home Page.html
