  1. The only marbles in the tray that are over 1/2" are in the bottom corners.
  2. I didn't know they were named either, Art. And I have not seen one bigger - but then, I don't pay alot of attention to Pelts.
  3. Really, I didn't even know yellow based Rainbos existed. Are they common? I'd love to see more examples.

    Asian?

Thanks for this, Al. I didn't realize they did iridescent marbles at Parkersburg.
  5. Very nice marbles, and excellent photos, as usual, Gladys!
  6. The base is a little weaker color than I would normally expect, but yeah, I can see it.

I think this Vitro is from Anacortes, WA.
  8. I'm leaning Pelt, and here's why. If you look at the ribbon on the right in the first photo, it appears that the color starts below the seam and that the ribbon just got flipped up and over to the other side of the marble.
  9. I can see your quandry . . . that blue and yellow sure does look Akro to me but . . .?
  10. It's a beautiful Akro Chocolate Oxblood as far as I can tell - the patch is just a bit unusual - what a great find!
  11. This marble is just a hair (and I do mean a hair) over 1/2". All I can think of is a Golden Dragon but . . . ????
  12. Peltier made beautiful color combos, and they always look outstanding in a group - nice!
  13. Nice bunch of 'bos, William - the Sunset is an excellent example.
  14. Marble mail is the best - the Peacock is a really pretty marble!
  15. Cool marble, Chad - like they say . . . "V" is for Peltier. lol
  16. Nice, this is the second one I've ever seen, and given that, I'm not too sure you'll find one much closer.
  17. I'm having a tough time ruling out Ravenswood.
  18. A lot of nice marbles, Joep, but these two really caught my eye.
