    No Clue

Those are interesting mibs - great base color. I'm leaning Vitro but they're pretty unusual so . . .
  2. A nice Zebra, Tommy, especially at that size, but I don't think it's a bronze one.
  3. I definitely see the Playboy Bunny, beyond that, my guess would be West Virginia Swirl, first, and Heaton, second.
  4. . . . a few creased pontil transitionals - Japanese, I think.
  5. I don't remember seeing this one before, Bill. It's a dandy!
  6. Kokomo originally purchased their machines from Peltier so I think all of their early marbles were made on a "Peltier machine", and you know some of Kokomo patterns are about as similar to Peltier patterns as you can get. My understanding is that Peltier also taught Kokomo how to use the machines so my guess is that the tank and glass-feeding set-ups were also quite similar.
  7. Not sure but . . . it's got Christmas colors. I'm leaning Kokomo . . . seen a Peltier like it?
  8. I think it's a German Corn Husk, Gladys. Sorry, I didn't see the prior responses.
  9. At about 1", my first thought was JABO but . . .
  10. Nice post about some pretty cool and often overlooked marbles. Here's my best attempt to capture the "Fire" . . .
  11. Endless variations . . . all of them cool!
  12. The OP looks foreign to me too. Here are a few more.
  13. Or . . . Kokomo marbles are not exactly known for being pretty. In fact, I think the marble on the left here is probably one of the prettiest types they ever made, at least to me.
  14. I don't pay a lot of attention to most Kokomo IDs unless I already recognize the marble as Kokomo based on personal experience and comparison to known examples. Some Kokomo's and Peltiers are so near identical that I wouldn't even try to sort them. So unless those types are from the ground or original packaging, I default to Peltier just because of statistics. Having said that, there are many Kokomo marbles that can be positively identified. For example . . .
  15. Back in the mid-2000s, there was a digger who occasionally showed up at the marble show in Kokomo Indiana so I have seen plenty of examples of Kokomo Glass. Back then, Ken H. would also bring out bags and boxes of Kokomo marbles, and Chuck B. (RIP) always had plenty of nice ones too. Here are some pics of Chuck's marbles, which he included in an article he published in the WVMCC Newsletter more than a few years ago . . . I am forever grateful to Chuck for sharing his knowledge and collection of Kokomo marbles with me. I was very fortunate to have access to his collection so I could compare marbles I found in the wild to his known examples - it's just one of the many reasons I miss him dearly.
  16. I really like the color of this one . . . a pretty pink!
  17. I have decided to play for a while tonight, while I have the chance. And thank you to everyone for the kind thoughts! Here's one with a few twists . .
  18. I've missed this place, and many of the people in it! But I've been preoccupied with a family medical situation for the past few months (my soon to be 94 year-old Mother). Things are a bit calmer at the moment but you probably won't see me around much for a while longer. In the meantime, I hope you all have great holidays!
  19. It's certainly made by Champion at the same time as the Hot Wheels, but it might be what some people would call a Pumkin or a Flame. You can find some recent discussion here
