I really am not sure but I am leaning Akro over Vitro - sort of like a multicolor Popeye Patch, IMO - the colors seem off a bit for Vitro to me too. It's a very nice marble though, regardless.

There are a couple of nice chunks of marbles in this bowl

We've been feeding them since we were married 45 years ago too, Art. Still using the feeder my Uncle Buck made us for a wedding present. It's been painted and re-shingled a few times but it's been through about 6 states and it's still going strong.

I'm seeing an animated pelican but to each their own, I guess. lol It's a nice example of a Flicker too, Art!

Rick says a Flicker has 1-4 flame tips in the OP and I assume more as long as the tips are not stacked 5 high, because then it would be a full-fledged Flame - an Inferno if you're lucky. 😄

Seriously? Whats not to like about a good Flicker? This Ravenswood may be my favorite.

I am interested to see what others say about the first one. Looks like orange and white ribbons on a transparent green base from here. I almost considered Vitro because there is no flip-flop pattern in the ribbons, as far as I can tell. But the orange color that seems to be trending toward salmon, that healthy blowout in the third pic, and the overall look of it in the fourth shot made me go with Pelt.

It's a nice Vienna Vitro - basically, an early Victory, IMO.

I'll go with Vitro - cool looking marble. In the last two photos you showed us the same seam twice, it'd be nice to see a similar shot of the other one. 🙂

This 7/8" is at the higher end of "Flicker", maybe.

I do like that base glass. Bill gave me a big "Pink Champagne" sort of "Moonie-ish" Peltier once, I'll have to post it sometime - very distinctively Peltier. I've never seen anything quite like it.

I'm thinking this is Akro - look at that beautiful "boiling water" base glass!

I'd say the first is an exceptionally nice Peltier Rainbo and the second is a Peltier Multicolor Swirl, and then you stuck that nice Conqueror from your other post in at the end. 🙂

@Mojo You may be right, it wouldn't surprise me if Glassfirma sold marbles through Alibaba.

I'm not sure what it is but all the striping is on one side of the marble so I don't think it's a Pelt - more like an odd patch that goes 3/4 of the way around the marble opposite the "pinched" seams. It reminds me most of a JABO Classic but it might be an unusual Akro, an even odder Vitro, or maybe even a foreign marble of some sort. Sorry - not much help from me on this one.

They do look like a pinkish orange now that you mention it . . .
