  1. Found this gnarly piece of CAC cullet and have been searching for the match. Actually I thought I remembered where one was but it was in a keeper box. It found its way out lol. The story is that these were only found in the original orange favorites boxes and not each one (the old owner found 6 original ones and this was the only one). It has 6+ colors, they wash out in the pics. I feel honored to own it now, hope you enjoy and realize what a teacher this stuff can be and what treasures await. Craig
  2. Agreed, I have quite a few over one inch and would love to know
  3. I'll be there all day wed and after work thurs! Might get a room this time to buy/sell properly lol
  4. I have some of the marbles you posted Galen and pieces from the site, I'll bring you some to see in canton if you need a few. Craig
  5. Galen and others what day are you arriving? I'll be bringing the marbles from that big score I had to trade. I'm looking for odd cac swirls and that one guinea you had I liked
  6. See if the green fluoresces, then it's alley probably
  7. You know I will. Better get there early I decided to only buy pelts this year.......and then trade them for cac
  8. Real nice, I've only seen one of those helix types in hand. Do you have ones with the splatter in the center like it was blown out if a straw? That whole group You posted is great, not sure if everyone knows how rare those are. Craig (Never mind, I see the splatters!)
  9. I saw a set of these at auction last week call mosiak. The glass board said made in Czech. Does yours say that? Is this rare and I messed up again lol?
  10. It would be awesome for that IL collector to put them together in one amazing picture. Does that collector have a Hoover for Prez?
  11. That Master loaf really took off. Almost $6000? because of the blue patch? Ive seen these go for like $1000. The strike is really good though? anyone care to elaborate?
  12. I just found a paper weight with a very similar color combo as your marble. There is a small chip in it, which is exacly why I bought it. The underlying material is a white crockery of some sort and the design consisits of several layers of "paint" or a thin glaze. The surface of the paperweight is crazed, so im not sure if its old paint or glaze. Ill get pics up tonight. Its about 2 1/4" in diameter and is solid and fairly heavy for its size. Craig
  13. He did Galen, he was nice enough to give me a few of those pieces and the yellow is a spot on match. The purple ones in one of Hansels boxes look akro to me, I have a few pieces of the mfc version, the look different IMHO
  14. Thats an interesting last point Galen. Although i thinkthey have dug some hg examples at akro correct? I think zaboo has a nice grouping of them
  15. Then you could post them or put them on you tube perhaps. That would help us all learn
  16. Wishing you the best Rich
  17. Nice wooden box, the remelts are ok too lol. Seriously, great great stuff buddy
  18. Frying in hell over $25 might be a little harsh, just put them on your naughty list
  19. Thanks for the nice comments everyone, I do probably need to go back and buy the whole tub. Im sure there are a couple killers left in there. However, let me put it this way; the tub was about wrist deep, so I probably wasnt super thorough, but each time I dug my hand in and pulled new ones upto the top it was like unearthing gemstones among dirt lol. They were unmistakable and were just screaming at you to pick them up. I was getting spooked and didnt want to stay long. Ive heard of people picking out marbles and the antique dealer saying ok, these are mine, you can pick out of the rest. The pelts are not as good as these. Couple 3/4 Christmas tree and liberty etc
