  1. Yep busy nonpareil patterned Guttas. Between 7/8" and 15/16" I'll get pics of the rest of the group tomorrow.
  2. Hand painted Victorian cat toy. Made from a light weight wood and measures 1 1/4"
  3. Pics a bit washed out but it looks to be Vitro to me
  4. One question I have always had with Spotted Dicks is are the two colour combos even related? If you look at a white and black one they clearly have a spot of paint or whatever they used. The brown and white ones are constructed with two different colour clay's and the white spot are smaller lumps rolled into the brown base. Here is a pic of the white blob sunken into the brown. Thoughts?
  5. Had one of these 10+ years ago. Sold for $$$ for a non glass marble. It had a slightly darker base and only 16 spots. This one has I think 22 or 23 (have to figure out a way to count them properly). The group has some pretty big brown based ones a couple at 1" and a hair. As well as some lumpy Agates. Any one else have one to show?
  6. LOL! Thanks Bob I see it now. Neat marble and fun to take pics of.
  7. Any one know this maker? Measures 2 1/16" and marked on the bottom 137 15 The first #1 is underlined and the 15 might be a stylized K or some other symbol? Or it could just be 15? It looks like a 75 in the pic but the top dash of the 7 is asmade/reflection, it is a #1
  8. All seems ok from across the pond.
  9. Don't think this one ever got any use. If you try to put the cue together it would be so tight there would be no way to get it apart again. I managed to get it half way before it was stuck. The tip of the cue has fallen off but is still there. The "spot" ball is I guess the little white agate. It is not round but I'll be damned if I can see any true facets. The is one area where a light reflection shifts a little, but no defined facets I can see. Marbles measure 1/2" or a tad under. The spot ball is 7/16".
  10. Don't see them for sale this big very often. Biggies
  11. Nope no big collections picked to get these. Unless you count mine lol. He does select from most of my finds, but generally just has an all around eye for nicer marbles. It does also help that the U.K is a hotbed for marbles. We are hanging out on Saturday so I'll get some more pics.
  12. Nice collection of smaller ones. As well as some regular ones.
  13. Neat set of larger Jelly types. And a stumpy pencil
  14. Big set of Mica. Marbles are 1 1/4" approx
  15. Large Set. Marbles are just over 1" If I remember correctly the board is 27cm
