  1. Well get on it. =} I like to look at all sorts of things, new, old maybe new, always an education in the process of attempting an ID.
  2. 6hrs of patience and smoke and now its dinner time. =}
  3. I use a lot of cigar boxes as well. If they don't come with the individual rows, I make my own.
  4. Sounds like a tough find to me....unless of course you include, re-pops, fakes and contemps. =}
  5. As do I, and nice try Steph. =}
  6. Maybe someone would step in and answer this. I have seen these called Exotics, and exotic corals. My question is two fold, what is considered the proper name? Second, if an exotic coral, why? To me, with the bright yellow, they seem to look closer to the Mt. Dew with extra color. Is it the wispy white that separates it from the Mt. Dew type? I have one and the redish color in it, seems closer to an Oxblood like color rather that the coral color. Here is mine.
  7. I think you are correct Galen, and that I misspoke thru my fingers. =}
  8. After seeing yours above Ric, I had to have me one. They are even cooler in hand!
  9. I think the one this reminded me of is Rics marble posted at the bottom of page 5 in the Alley thread in study hall. Granted, Rics is stellar and mine cannot compare, it just reminded me of his because it was darker and had purple. =}
  10. That was part of it for me too Ann, figured I would throw it up and see what others thought. I thought I remembered someone posting something similar, just don't remember who or if the labeled it. =}
  11. Found this guy hiding out in a box I must not have looked through very well. Similar to my other Tater but color of the yellow on this one is more yellow and not quite as earthy and runs with a dirty white. This also has hints of red and purple where my other is more rusty orange.
  12. I am up at the moment but being I do not have insomnia at the moment, it is time for me to hit the rack. lol I feel for ya, been there a time or two and it is no fun. As for the belated....ain't nothin but a number buddy. =} We still play with marbles, I figure that has to mean something! =} The colors there look a little burnt, if that white has a tinge of beige or tan, kinda dirty white, I might have to call it a burnt K&M. Be interested what others say. Ok, I am out for the night, hope you find some shut eye.
  13. While it seems to be a little odd in color, but I would call it a K&M, Bob. Happy belated! =}
  14. I agree Steph, the exact same box. Pics are slightly off color from one another but it is the same box.
  15. Here is a couple interesting marbles I had not photographed. The second is a peewee at 1/2 and the first is 9/16. The first looks as if the more pink/red color was running out. You can see it in spots only.
  16. This is one of my favorite Akro. I call it a Burnt Silver Oxblood Sparkler Type. That's a mouth full but it has a lot going on.
  17. This Akro Cork is pure white unless you backlight it. Kinda cool.
  18. Some days I think I know what they are, some days I just don't care and enjoy them. =}
  19. Hmm, I can get with the multi color and the Alloway thing you got goin on. Nice stuff Both of you!
  20. Or how about a Butt crack Pelt, and as far as I can find a single seam.
