  4. Hi, I have a bunch of Peltier, but I've not been around long enough to know which are rare and I think they're all awesome. The first few I'm sure are Peltier (well, except for the red, white and green). And the next 2 pics are marbles I'm pretty sure are Peltier, maybe you can tell me if I've got any 'good' ones keeping in mind that I pretty much love indiscriminately. I hope I got enough of them right that it doesn't mess up your thread and thanks for looking...Nancy

  9. So now I think I'm seeing things.. I went back to look at the pictures of the marbles after reading your very good description. While looking at th last picture (in post # 2) the biggest picture I see what appear to be whole marbles under the glass. I've circled the most obvious marble like shapes. Is that even possible or am I hallucinating? I guess hallucinating for free could be cool, but does anyone else see what I'm talking about? I may need to step away from the computer...Nancy
  10. I understand the concept of onionskins as in 'Shrek' but I can not visualize what they mean in a marble even though I have looked at lots of of pictures very frustrating. End of day the same lots of pictures no good idea what constitutes either of these types...Nancy
  11. I WANT that marble! (I think I spelled that correctly LOL)That is breathtaking! Thanks for posting the picture...Nancy
  12. DAMN! And here I thought I got lucky enough to see some (paper weights at least), oh well I'll have to keep looking. I hate not knowing ANYTHING...I really do appreciate all of you guys sharing your knowledge!...Nancy
  13. I think they may be paper weights. They have Pontils and are very large. Is this similar to what a marble made this way would look like? Nancy I think, anyway, does this have any similarities wit Marbles that look like this made in Germany?...Nancy
  14. You can usually regular (left) click on the photo in the e-mail hold it down and drag it to your desk top where you can upload as usual. If that method doesn't work then download the picture to your desk top (or somewhere you can find it) and upload as usual...the last, and my least favorite method is to right click the picture and save it to whatever photo or graphic editing program you use (Picasa is a pretty cool free download that handles photo editing from Google) and save it from there as a jpg to somewhere you can find it and upload as usual...Hope this helps....Nancy
  15. I just got this one...probably a swirl. It has this strange gold circle on it. I got three the same day that have this gold marking on them but they are different styles. they were brought to me by someone who had purchased them at an antique store for what ever it's worth... I'll have to post them together on a new post later...Nancy
  16. The more pictures the better! Thanks for posting it really helps people like me visualize...Nancy
  17. Hysterical! I think I may add it to my blog today...Nancy
