Pretty cool to have it be something so famous ... but just the thought of even being outdoors for a race at any track big or small is a foreign but wondrous notion to me.
Found it ... except Cheese's pictures disappeared ... would be awesomeness if we could reconstruct it and add.
Our attachments work nicely now -- they come through full size since the update. So we could store the pix permanently here and not worry about photobucket links.
John, you could leave it anyway to provide contrast whatever it turns out to be.
Once upon a time I started to collect links for things like "Akro versus Master" and "Ravenswood versus Alley".
I kinda sorta vaguely remember enlisting Cheese on a related project. Not sure if I'm remembering the right topic (need to to look that up). But it wouldn't hurt to have a "we interrupt the regularly scheduled Alleys with a comparison to Ravenswood" photo.
At that size, Jabo or Alley.
That pattern is more like a larger (7/8" to 1") Jabo than what I remember from the 3/4" size, so I'd say Alley.
But would like someone to come in and teach me about CAC's in that size.
Hi intuit. Welcome.
I'm sorry to have to tell you that these are modern marbles. I think they were made by Vacor. In Mexico. Within the last 20 years. This style type may still be in production.
If they are not Mexican, then they are Asian. Modern in any case.

Okay, so it's not really big enough to play Chinese Checkers with. Darn.
