  1. Well maybe I do have some similar blue German slags
  2. I think guessing German slags on the first 2 would be the safest guess. No I don’t have ones resembling either, but it’s a logical guess.
  3. The second one is actually a JABO instead of Vitro. It’s a good example of a JABO “butt crack” though so that takes care of that Classic pattern.
  4. If it was big I was thinking maybe German beachball, but that’s a wrong thought. I swear I have a couple of these but without blue that were sourced in Europe that I assumed Asian made or some other unknown maker. Wish I put them somewhere where I could find them to revisit and compare.
  5. Just confirming it’s closer to 5/8” than 3/4”, right?
  6. the green 1998 marbles in my old picture are not the same ones as in your bag
  7. I will have to follow your link to my old post. 1997 was the correct year for JABO 1" shooters with transparent red base with yellow swirls like the first marble in my tray here
  8. The contents of both bags aren't Champion marbles which causes problems. The first bag has JABOs in it. Not sure what the second bag has in it. One sees many Champion bags that were backfilled with other makers' marbles.
  9. Bag to the topic at hand. JABO made a transparent red base with yellow 1” Classic. I believe it was one of the later 90s 1” runs. I have a few examples but I haven’t put my hands on them yet and don’t seem to have a picture
  10. I guess it’s just fun to show Champion shooters. This one also would have been made during Daves time. That one is probably smaller than 3/4 anyway
  11. this was a bag of Labelled whirlwinds and is an example of a bagged 3/4”. I suppose this one is a new old fashioned as it would have been made by Dave, so my foot in my mouth
  12. I have opened a few legit Champion bags that had single 3/4” marbles as the shooter in the bag. The 3/4” one was always a game marble. I should have a pic or two. I assume they had to have been made on the 5/8” rollers. 13/16” New Old Fashioneds are around too.
  13. I do want to switch which run it was from, but nobody likely cares. There were white base SMM with bright orange and green aventurine in several runs that are all fairly similar. The marble buddies holiday run also has them and this one with the additional brown with black tracer is probably from that run instead of the other 2 I mentioned.
  14. Like was said earlier, SMM marbles run from peewees upto 11/16” routinely. Some of the double ingots and other out of round oversized marbles get a touch over 11/16
  15. I will go pinpoint that one and take some pics, whichever SMM run it is in
  16. I know Jeff has pictures of SMM runs up at the WVMCC site and that’s a general place to look at pictures of SMM marbles.
  17. Actually it was the first SMM run ever that this one was made in. Just checked
  18. Marble Buddies Second Run may be the run this one came from
  19. I think I would be trying to rule out SMM before jumping to Alley at that size.
  20. I want to see if it is more transparent red or mostly yellow on the opposite side
  21. Any chance we could see the other side please. The only new machine made it might be would be a JABO Christmas 2011. It was a 3/4” run but there were lots of smalls in the 5/8” to 11/16” range too.
  22. It’s a giant bubble for a 5/8” marble. No fractures either
  23. I remember Galen straightening me out a couple years ago
