  1. I think it's a swirl but it's messed up where it spun one way on the rollers and hard to know for sure. Best guess to me is a late Ravenswood.
  2. And it shows up on Ebay for $20,000 as a CAC marble as soon as the possibility is mentioned?
  3. What size is it? Transparent green base guinea cobra? With strandy filaments from one end of the ribbon to the other, bleeding transparent colors? I don't see it.
  4. Vitro Tiger Eye was my first impression but... is it a little bigger than 5/8? I think it's an Akro.
  5. I think it's a cool Master.
  6. Not polished, not end of cane. Often one or both pontils were treated a bit by the maker, especially on the nicer and bigger ones. Flame polishing, faceting, etc...
  7. I was thinking twisted up PPP sorta like these but twisted into ram's head or cork. With playwear and hit marks.
  8. Agreed, CAC. They made a lot in this color, almost a coral but not quite.
  9. Very tough. Leaning Alley. Nice and rich color!
  10. I agree, the other three being Alley.
  11. Leaning Alley. These can be tough.
  12. If I was sorting them, the left would go with my Ravenswoods and the right with my Alleys. Solely by pattern.
  13. I would say they aren't as common as their usual cateyes but they are common enough. They are very appealing to me though, the glass looks so different, like wax or something in the vanes.
  14. I got the reply that not all the red and blue ones glow and not to use that as an identification trait on this type. And this one photo and I cropped the original tray to about the same area.
  15. Vitro was never in St. Mary's. Their pastel cats came from Parkersburg
  16. I would think so but I don't have that level of confident information on that sort of CAC.
  17. With the red being translucent, I'm inclined to lean CAC rather than foreign. Nice marble regardless! A reduction in condition can be overlooked on one like this.
  18. Vitro cosmic Rainbow for #1, Pelt for the others.
  19. I'm not sure it's not Pelt either. Going by these pics I would bet on Pelt. If we could get good clarity photos without so many reflections that give detail when zoomed in, it might help with ID and telling whether or not it's been polished. If it was ground and polished, it is easily detectable with a good, clear, detailed photo.

What size? Is that light blue in the base?
