Sticking w/ Vacor, still not sure exactly what name, definitely machine made.

Yes, modern, machine made, no pontil, I see an orange peel surface which is common on the surface of many Vacor so going w/ Vacor for a manufacturer on this one, maybe "Bear" or "Bald Eagle" not really sure ?? LINK :: https://www.billes-en-tete.com/liste_billes.php?lang=en
