Almost all clearies have some sort of pattern inside or on the surface when exposed to uv light, I was only able to positively ID about 1 out of 1000, wish I could help ya out a little more Brother

THinkin yours is an example of a Euro type sparkler, although not that colorful still one IMO, I could be mistaken, maybe a few more pix of just the seams to make sure if you could ??
