KOKOMO VIDEO DROPPED IF Y'ALL HAVE NOT SEEN IT!
Chad G. replied to Jeremysvt's topic in Marble I.D.'s
Already posted it in General marble glass chat yesterday but twice can't hurt -
You're welcome, whatever ya do "Have fun"

Once you get a good setup in an inconspicuous place just leave it to forego the hassle of setting up again, most of the time "less is more" Here's a link to one of the cheapest simplest setups I know of w/ some fantastic results. Marbles are one of (if not) the hardest things there is to photograph. LINK : https://www.allaboutmarbles.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=46681

Stephen has brought yet another great marble vid to the table. Being a Pelt head I still have some amount of trouble I.D.ing some of these. Great job, "Thank you Stephen"

When you're holding it in your hand the cameras is focusing on your hand and not the marble, try it on the blanket again just a little farther and see what ya come up with ?? This picture looks great !!

I think it's a Master ? I also see some green sparkles in it ?? Aventurine in it if I'm not mistaken ? Maybe a more focused look @ the seams will give a different I.D. ?

Yes definitely a mica, German handmade amber mica, nice marble Sherri, good job on spotting the mica for the I.D.

Guess we're the last in the States to get any type of heatwave. I know 100 doesn't sound hot to most of you but to me it's boiling. Already have my AC on to get the house cooled down for @ least a couple days, so hopefully after a week of this we'll come out of it Until then I guess it's time to sweat the load ?? Really hot in the rest of the country already, stay cool my Friends

A German handmade caged single ribbon core for this "Sundays Best" These pictures were taken of my marbles by my Friend Terry for the auction I had in 09.

Not a Vitro tomato IMO, just because of the transparent clear and lack of any yellow streaks showing in your pix Sherri. Here's a link on them. I'm not sure what you have ?? LINK : https://marbleconnection.com/topic/26420-vitro-tomato-🤔/

Peltier Rainbo Sunset type IMO

Not a bifurcate IMO, a bifurcate is 2 different "colored" base glasses, I know, confusing. I'll post a pelt for example. I don't think yours is Brad ? The base on this one is half yellow and half green a (dragon Bee) The one I pictured above is just a weird Vitro similar in color to a pelt. "Welcome to Marble Connection Ace" The middle two are Peltier Rainbos, the 4th and last looks like a Vitro but not positive ?? Number one has me stumped, looks like some form of West Virginia swirl ? Lots of good people here along w/ many years of marble and marble related knowledge more than willing to share what they know and help you on your marble journey. There is also a search bar in the upper R hand corner should you have any specific query.

Three pee-wee Pelts for this "Slags & Swirls Saturday" a Wolverine, a Mustard & Relish, AKA (Sunflower) and a transparent Christmas tree. The Mustard & Relish is way below the .50" pee-wee mark as well as the other two.

Sorry for posting the first pic, at the time it was the only pic I had, the base color and oxblood on the marble in the second pic is accurate. The first pic looks like the one I had years ago but whoever took the picture really screwed up when they used a flash, please disregard the first pic. Well since I bungled this a bit I'll just give the answer. It's an MFC Persian Oxblood, here are a couple links on the subject. Whoever used the flash in the first pic ruined a picture of a really nice rare marble, but I still recognized it as being one.
