  7. Not a Popeye IMO. Popeyes have to have a "transparent clear" base which in some cases does glow, not a "yellow or Vaseline" base. The OP is a special IMO. Still a very, very nice marble. There are 3 qualifiers to make it a Popeye 1. Transparent clear base 2. whispy white strands running through the transparent clear base 3. at least 2 other opaque colors. I have seen Popeyes W a transparent clear base that is UV reactive though very rare, meaning it' still qualifies as a Popeye.
