  1. Leaning Pelt Rainbo, but I could be wrong, I have a hard time w/ some ko ko's ?? More opinions needed
  2. Wiger is a Pelt I.D. name as far as I know ?? Base glass on a Pelt Wiger is half red (Wasp) & half orange (Tiger) plus the black ribbon which can contain av. or not. In most cases concerning a Pelt Wiger usually not. Mooo?

There is a difference between the two, the Pelt Chocolate cows have Av. & MK the don't, @ least that I've ever seen.
  4. I think Chuck just posted the pic explanations backwards, #1 is a Rainbo and pic #2 is an NLR, something I've been guilty of many times
  5. I'll admit it does look like a Pelt to me too, the av. thing was just gonna be the clincher
  6. @Chuck G I thought Turtle Doves were Rainbos and Juggernaut's were NLR's ?? Really I don't know Chuck, I never could get these straight in my head By the bye, the grey base on the "Juggernaut" is much greyer than it appears (more like the first pic) the photo is from Terry's (GRANDPAMARBLES) site, I've gave away two marbles just like it in the past, wish I never would have let them go but they went to a good cause, didn't realize how HTF they were Turtle Dove AAM posts LINK :: https://www.allaboutmarbles.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=55326&p= Another point of view ?? LINK :: https://www.allaboutmarbles.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=51339&p= Juggernaut LINK :: http://grandpamarble.com/html/gm2056.html Grey based Rainbo ?? NLR ?? Dove ?? Juggernaut?? I'm all ears 👂 "Please" look @ all the links I've posted, I had more but didn't want to add to the confusion, there's already smoke coming out of my ears .....
  7. They do have Pincer attributes ?? Hmm?? Maybe @Steph will stop by w/ some more info ??
  8. Seeing the veneered surface of a Vitro conqueror, I think ?? I've had a few like it in the past. I have some pix saved somewhere ?? I'll dig a little, found em.
  9. Keep what you like Melissa, I guess it'll all boil down to how much you paid for yours and how much theirs is worth and how much you really like theirs as compared to yours. Yes pelt Pee-Wee's are on the HTF side, especially NLR types. Please post a few pix of their marble if you would, there's gotta be a reason they want to trade so bad ??
  10. The marble & the player both gifts from one of my best Friends for this "Sundays Best" Not for sale @ any price, preciouse memories I'll have forever.
  11. What a Killer Brother, fantastic marble in fantastic shape
  12. Spiderman is also a well known fictional Marvel character and has a Peltier NLR namesake.
  13. The people I got my Wolverines from as well as the trans Christmas trees a gifts said they were brought home by the employees from the factory like the Akro lunchbox marbles. Not production marbles ??
  14. Juggernauts are NLR's & have a grey base w/ rusty orange stripes same colors as the old Marvel Character they were named after, VHTF in my world anyway. Sorry I no longer have one so this link is from Terrys site (GRANDPAMARBLE) LINK :: http://grandpamarble.com/html/gm2056.html
  15. Chad G.

    ID please

Not Pelt, not sure what the manufacture is ??
  16. Is there any aventurine in the black ribbons ??
  17. Every Wolverine I've ever seen is a Pee-Wee (1/2 " .50) or below and has a milky (stringy) base. These marbles were never production marbles, all brought home by employees.
  18. The marble collector reminds me of someone .... .... I guess santa will be worth the wait ....
  19. The santa clause one has me wondering Jason ?? Nice Job BTW
  20. A few of the best books I go to again & again that have withstood the test of time. Maybe the prices have fluctuated a little bit but the photography & information they have remains relative. Sami's new book on pelts is the most in depth Pelt book I've ever seen bar none, w/ some fantastic photos & information as well as all of these publications. I have many others but these have paid for themselves many times over & are my go too's.
