From my PC I go to the specific forum I want, click on start a new topic. From there I add my topic then my text. Next I click on choose files from the bottom of the text box and choose my pic. It automatically fits the photo to size for me, submit reply and I'm done. Or I can just copy and paste my pic. Never had a problem w/ size. I hope some of this gives ya a little help ?? I don't have a phone so I guess I'm no help there.
