  1. Some of what I saw today...a jar of cat's eyes, the infamous little jar of 11 shooters (still there ðŸĪŠ), and 3 pieces of Akroware. All crazy prices. Besides these, there were quart jars priced at $50 (and that was 20% off!) I didn't walk away, I ran.
  2. Yes, I've had this one for some time and just thought it was worth a revisit. 😊
  3. I've thought of this as Akro, but because of the ribbon, I want to think Pelt. Opinions?
  4. A couple of big Master's I have, both at 0.92. 5 pics of each, the first one littered with chunks at and below the surface.
  5. I usually don't have much trouble finding jars around the Tri-State area (Southeast Minnesota, Northern Iowa, Western Wisconsin). Average prices I see for quart size jars range from $20-$45. But as stated by Bruce and Chad, alot of the time it's mostly commons mixed with various cat's eyes or damaged marbles. Sometimes I get lucky and find some uncommon or HTF marbles though, but only occasionally. And yes, I can agree with your comment about the price tag some folks place on jars. I've bought them as low as $12 (found an Akro Sparkler in one), or as high as $65, which I saw priced on a small jar of 11 shooters! I think we are planning a trip to one of the local antique malls today, so I'll see if I can post some of what I find 😊👍
  6. Great video and great looking variety of marbles. A Big Thanks to everyone involved in presenting this look into the manufacturing side of things! By the way, loved those tops! 👍
  7. I'll have to watch this today sometime...I was on YouTube a bit yesterday, must have just missed its release. Thanks for the post Bro! 👍
  8. Vitro I would think too...a Conquerer perhaps...
  9. I had a feeling that there was something good cooking here! 😊
  10. Looking forward to comments on this one
  11. Talk about colors, super nice looking mib 👍
  12. That's a nice one, Gladys. Keeper for sure 😊
  13. The first two ashtrays I found in the wild when I first started collecting Akroware 😊
  14. Always a favorite with me are the various corkscrew/auger/snake combos that one can find out there in the wild. Love em!
  15. I see what your saying, thanks again Ric 😊
  16. Thought I would post individual shots of what Ric determined was an uncommon Master, of which I probably would have sorted into my Vitro's at a glance. Some sort of Sunset? ðŸĪ”
