  1. I've got the twin in thread somewhere around here 👍
  2. The Sturgeon above is what they refer to as the "Lake" Sturgeon. Gotta put them back. The Sand and Shovelnose Sturgeon, we can keep those.
  3. Love those 19th century Mason's! Don't see them alot out in the wild anymore, at least I don't. Probably because the Midwest is canning central 😉 it's impossible to find lids and seals around here when making batches of salsa. The last 2 times I went looking I had to buy a flat of jars just for the lids. Retailers can't keep them on the shelves. Been this way 2 seasons now.
  4. As you probably know, this big guy can't attend the party...he's of variety of Sturgeon that they require us to "revive" down on the shoreline and release. Hopefully someone carried him for her! From where I saw her catch it, it's quite a few steps back to the rear of the Float where the baithouse and scale are! Knowing Stacey, I bet she did it.
  5. Thanks also, Tommy...I'll go with MK on this one too

    ???

Still stumped also...I want to say possibly Pelt?
  7. Looking closer I do see multiple colors though...
  8. I believe I have some of the "parakeets" Bruce refers to in his 2nd pic in a jar of Vitro at home. I'll have to check it out.
  9. I should say, this was caught yesterday, around 4pm. Halloween weekend is the last weekend the Fishing Float is open so pretty happy she pulled in a big one! Wish I could have been there!
  10. Patty's sister Stacey pulled in a monster today at the fishing float...not as big as the 71 pounder she pulled in earlier this year but it still put up one heck of a fight! I couldn't pull the video from her phone, but it's of the fish getting pulled in by 2 people in the net and Stacey shaking her arm trying to get the feeling back!
  11. Lack of mibs there kinda rolled over too this purchase...keeping it glass 😉
  12. Little bit of age on these...I had too look into it also before I got it. Out of 3, the only blob top...
  13. It's definitely a cool variety that was found. About half were found inside a disintegrated tin can, the rest in various spots close by.
  14. This one's a little worse for wear too but for being in the ground so long not bad
  15. That's a possibility too, I suppose. Thanks for the input, Dave!
  16. I've never had the notion too collect in this area, but there are quite a few variations I have seen at some of the area antique malls I am a regular at. I'll have to snap some shots for this thread.

A little worse for wear but stumped on this one...interesting mib though.
  18. 🤔 thinking so...but?
  19. I like this mib also. It's darker in the pic, but in hand it's nice multi shades of purple and lavender on one side, looks nice with the orange.
