I just turned on my brother in law's Uncle Jim too the Heaton Marble Dig video only a couple of hours ago...can't remember when I saw a 75 year old man get so excited! Especially the part when the "honey hole" got tapped!

Yep, first thing I looked at when I spotted it! And the gloomy room and flash on my phone does not do the ashtray justice. The base glass is like a smoky grayish in hand. As I mentioned, I'll see about posting better pictures tommorow if I can.

Thank you, Ann...that little rarity is still stopping by, multiple times a day. I can never get off a good shot for a decent picture...and the video. A small score, but a score nonetheless...a nice ashtray and the Scotty Dog lid. Missing the bottom half but hey, I'll take it. I'll do some better pictures tommorow of the ashtray, currently not home and the lighting is horrible where I am. Got the lid for $4 and the ashtray for $9....The lone bright spot of my day 👍

A little project I tackled today thanks too a good friend getting rid of alot of landscape materials....this is something that I have been wanting to do for some time, and you can't pass up free brick and block! The flat slabs were a bonus, about 50 pounds apiece! The landscape block I used around the garden, still have 94 blocks left! What's cool about the brick? It's over 100 years old and it's the original brick from Mabel's railroad station built back in the late 1800's!

I would have been happy for it being either Master or Akro (with a Heavy lean towards Akro), but exactly why I cast my vote for those up close pics...detail is everything. I think we can see now how difficult it was too see all the colors at first. And like Ron said, maybe not a top shelf Sparkler, but still nice to have. And I wish it was in better shape...
