Well, I had a little time this morning and attempted to dig up some more info on Henry Wichert. Apparently a very prominent businessman in Chicago during the mid too late 1800's. He came over from Prussia in 1807 I believe and passed around 1897. He did have a very large pickle factory that fired up in the 1870's....from what I can tell by the mold seam, it might have been made before 1910 as the seam doesn't go all the way to the end of the bottles mouth. Unless someone can find some further information I'm going with that. It's a tough one, there really isn't alot too go on out there that I can find.

So it's safe to say that these are HTF....I haven't seen one before anyway. Funny thing is I almost didn't see it! Just happened to look down at a bunch of planters and recognized the ribbed top. Didn't even know it wasn't black until I got home! -

On the hunt today and found some nice Akroware 😊....the "black" pot is actually my first, I guess you can say, "non" slag piece other than a few plates. Backlit, it's actually a nice amethyst 👍 -
Good deal! I had no idea that wine was used in process of mustard making either. Very interesting and my thanks!

Looking for a little assistance in identifying the company, origin and possible age of this bottle....bottom is unmarked. Does have a purplish tint too the glass, thinking it's from exposure but not 100% sure on that. I've looked for some time but come up empty on the "HW" marking. Wish there was more to go on. Sold as an alcoholic beverage? In grocery stores as a mustard? Used in a restaurant perhaps? Thanks all 😊

Figured you were higher out there on the west coast, considering California's prices (Beverly Hills was around $7.58 not too many days ago)...my little sister told me 2 days ago their prices in her neck of the woods in northeast Florida were around $4.80 or so....

Man, that mask fitting was weird....they lay the mesh across your face and head while it's hot, all the while 2 people are pressing and forming it against your features. They have like only a matter of minutes to do this because it hardens rather quickly. The freaky part was the hardening of the mesh material against my face. Even though I don't use my nose or mouth anymore too breathe with, I still felt like I was suffocating...it's quite tight when totally dry and hardened. On top of that, it gets snapped into place in 2 places on each side of your head, making the fit even tighter. My best counter was close my eyes and focus on breathing (while trying to remember that I don't need my nose or mouth because they are totally covered!), while they slid me into the chamber for the first test run/set up. Luckily, this all actually took longer than the actual treatment sessions will. Treatments will be about 15-20 minutes a day. This fitting, set up and test run appointment took over an hour, with most of that time spent held down by my head! At least now I get a true break from Lacrosse and Gundersen Hospital as I don't go back until the 1st of June for a follow up with the surgical team. That will be for any additional preparation prior to my treatments, see how things are healing, etc. I have been fortunate to not experience any pain per say post surgery. But I guess we will see how things feel once I am about half way through these treatments. Hopefully the side effects are few or none. Another painful thing is going to be the hit on the wallet with gas prices. There too Lacrosse and back home is almost 2 hours driving time. That's going to be daily for almost 5 weeks except for weekends. Not too mention Friday's are going to be double treatment days with a 6 hour gap in between treatments. It will be either find something to do in Lacrosse for 6 hours or come home and go back again. What's gas prices where you are at? Here in my town in Southeast Minnesota it's $4.34 a gallon (what's crazy is the next town, 7 MILES AWAY, is $4.14!!!)....

Some Pinkish/Light Lavender, color isn't showing the best with the lighting I had to work with but we know what they look like in hand 😊

Is this one or Imperial?....I'm actually leaning foreign. I'll keep looking but I thought for sure I had one too, unless an opinion here says otherwise....

Wish I had a picture, I saw one similar for sale in Winona, Minnesota a while back. Red swirls on a white base. I like yours better with the additional color. The one I saw also was still attached to the shifter itself, it was broken off about 8 inches below the "mib". The seller wanted $275 if memory serves me correctly. -
Lol, I remember that, forgot to poke a little fun at him about it. Turn about would have been fair play after this post of mine 😊

My Sunday's Best, I decided to go with a group shot this time around, a gathering of Vitro Cat's. Lol, I will admit one of the ultimate sins, combining something other than Akro with an Akro piece, but couldn't help myself. Thought they looked pretty nice sitting in it 😊
