  1. chicago is right--this is what turned me off. Just some natural lighting with no masking is much better--just crop them in a square--much better and easier. Marble--On!!
  2. What is it Ric?? I will guess "Spiderweb" Jabo ( not an actual name--maybe it should be?) Marble--On!!
  3. Like Ric said😁. There were a bunch of "contract runs" that need intense light to show the interior. Beware of these when shopping online. Marble--On!!
  4. Good job Ric--exactly what I was looking for---the image of yourself might just scare some away--as would mine---- Happy New Year Ric!!
  5. It has to be a "Jabo Contract Run" imho--smaller sized but this is mho. Marble--On!!
  6. Post some weird ones for this New Year of 2023. Here is a pair of Benningtons- one is just over 3/8ā€ and the next is just below 1-3/8ā€. Trust me, not an easy focus. The next is as close as I will probably ever get to a Swarovski marble. These would hang from the chandeliers in the stores---1- ¼ inch. If you were lucky diving the dumpster behind the mall, you may have scored a few of these. ( I love a good dumpster diver). Happy New Year to you all!! and of course-- Marble--On!!
  7. This is a tuff one for me. It may be a Master, it may be a Vitro---it may be a Sparkler. More images--not so close may be needed. Marble--On!!
  8. X3 CAC--not a "Coral". Nice find! Marble--On!!
  9. I cannot let this one slide---the middle one. I blew up the image and reposted it below. It is an Akro—no oxblood, no Vitro here either. It is a nice marble. All are nice ones. Marble—On!!
  10. I like them all and this post deserves a "BUMP--UP" Marble--On!!
  11. I believe that the second one could be a Vacor ā€œThunder Boltā€ or a Vacor ā€œBlack Pantherā€. I t may be a ā€œnewerā€ Marble King but I lean towards Vacor here. The first one is a nice WVS—more than likely Alley---just don’t quote me here. More opinions are needed and appreciated. Nice images— Marble—On!!
  12. That is the way to collect--get your feet under you first--well--at least one foot😁. Marble--On!!
  13. Welcome Jaybea. I agree with all that has been posted. I appreciate the fact that you took the time to post this cool little orb. Transparent ā€œgame marblesā€ will show a swirl or two in them sometimes, I have one with a metallic swirl that my son’s friend gave me back when he was in high school. I love a gift! Nice images as well keep them coming and Marble—On!!
  14. Now that sounds like a good buy. Let us know when you figure out what they are. Love em! Marble--On!!
  15. The one in the middle is an Akro cork in the "Lifesaver" family. The right hand one is an Akro as well. The left hand one needs some WVS folks to comment--it is a nice looking WVS. Marble--On!!
  16. @Al Oregon is the go to here. If anyone knows he will. Marble--On!!
  17. Chad gave a good link--just follow it up. Inches work here MM do not, marble folks do not like conversion tables. Marble--On!!
  18. Your second is a Zebra IMHO. Marble--On!!
  19. It look like it is zeroed out from here. You might freak a few out using a metal calipers though. 1/128" is kinda of a weird measurement ---for me anyhow--get a different calipers---this one looks metric. Marble--On!!
  20. Patch marbles are a tough one to ID and they have not been collected as much as the swirls or corkscrews. You may find some info online. Post them here and get your results. I love patches as many here do--just not a high dollar marble in most cases---- so little info to be found. Marble--On!!
  21. When that puppy is closed tight, mark it to zero then on from there. Marble--On!!
