Gladys, I would call this one a Top Shelf Master. ( I really wanted to call it an Akro Sparkler ) Just a really great Master Made marble--thanks for sharing this beauty with us. You sure can pull out the best! Marble--On!!

Here's a bullseye agate you don't see every day

That is a very cool Agate! That mossy part must be a tad (or a few tads) more delicate. -
I think that it is a Master Gladys. Nice bright colors---old glass(batch?)---cool marble. Marble--On!!

These Oxblood patches have always caught my eye. Here are four that also caught my pocketbook. This type of patch has a whispy white interior which just could be opalescent. It is hard to really tell with the oxblood involved while backlightingājust instincts. I have only seen this type with green and with yellow included. Anyone seen any other colors? MarbleāOn!!!

I agree, the depth of the oxblood really shines in these images Gladys. Marble--On!!

Nice colors, This one was made overseas. Marble--On!!

I agree Al, I just checked out a couple of bags that I have and they can really be all over the place. I wish I could give an image but the bags are just too cloudy. The OPās have nice clear glass and no visible cutoffs like most Pelt bananas do. MarbleāOn!!

Post em if ya got em, my nerves are intact.š§ Marble--On!!

This is a cool marble. It appears to have two separate streams of white that follow each other for awhile. One of the white streams looks like it may be opalescent, though you could never really prove that with that dark base color. Cool marbleāno ID from me. MarbleāOn!!

Here is a link, they may be Chinese. My first thought was Vacor as wellāyou just never know. MarbleāOn!! https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/glass-marbles_60242667531.html?spm=a2700.details.0.0.5a387f554BlNDI

The little critters on these boxes just kill me, they look like a cross between a cat and a French Bulldog. Thanks for sharing this Ron.

Yes, The peltier Zebra--they sometimes show up with some nice AV included. Yours is an Akro corkscrew. There are some close to yours in color that will have oxblood buried below the blueish color and it will take a very bright light to see it many times. Marble--On!!

You are not alone, Jabos fool a lot of folks including me. Marble--On!!

This one was played with--alot. Consider it an old "Warrior". The amount of sub-surface moons and hit marks make it an old "Warrior" for sure. It was the favotite of someone playing the game. It is a slag. Marble--On!!

A word of advice for mice--those electric plug-in devices do work---better than anything that I have tried, just find one with a good rating. Two years ago I had mice litter (you know) in my catās food bowl; he lives in the basement and never goes out. He had one of the worst cases of fleas that I have dealt with---I wonder why---. The vet told us to use him as the exterminator and we had to collar him with that nasty chemical crap in a collarāit worked, but I went to work as well and tried everything to save him from further distress. The plug-ins worked and he is happy just spitting up a hairball here and there (not me so much) Cats āOn!! and Mice---stay outside (really cute little crittersābut very destructive) MarbleāOn!!

It was to me as well, I get it now but it took some doing and research. I love this stuff!! Marble--On!!

Oh it will, if the sun shines some time in the near future--rain rain rain--no complaints, I love four seasons. This stuff is a great thing to behold, if you find some cheap---pick it up and never look back--it could start a new addiction. I have a fewš.

For that price who here would pass? I think that you have a nice Allety Agate in the middle and a possible Akro cork at 5 o-clock. Nice score!! Marble--On!!

I am not kidding when I say I collect them all and that there are no bad marblesāor boxesālol. Mice like Akro Agate tooāI am sure that the marbles made it. These will find a useābelieve it! Good Idea for a thread Fire! MarbleāOn!!!

It used to be once we saw a Robin, spring was here; the Robins are not so reliable anymore. I rely on the Vultures arriving more than the Robins. Seeing a flock of Swans is just as good as Vultures and a tad prettier to say the least. I saw a flock of Swans on my way to the Antique Mall yesterday and guess what I found for $25 with the original box. I scooped it up and I am glad that I did. Swarovski Crystal is a hard thing to enjoy unless it is in hand, this is my best. I still have some ice in the backyard but we are close. MarbleāOn!!

These marbles may have been a common find a few years back and they still may be. Once you as a new/or worn out collector, expands into the manufacturing process of this type of marble you will gain a new appreciation for the effort that it takes to produce a most excellent orb such as these. It is quite a complex process, the introduction of several colors to make a patch/veneer type like the ones that I have shown here. Vitro did it quite wellābetter than mostāmaybe the very best. Collect what you like and try doing some research into the process, then gain some new found respect for these little addictive orbs. MarbleāOn!!

Here is a Master Glass Catās Eye. I know why I like some of them them; they remind me of Akro Sparklers, construction wise. They just lack a few colors. Master Glass cats are a hard ID, these blue and white ones seem to be one of the finest made and easiest to ID. Many are hard to separate into any grouping, because, well--- they just suck. I like them all though, it was a last ditch effort made by an American marble producer. MarbleāOn!!
