  1. I agree, Marble--On!!
  2. Good one Gladys, great marble as well!! Marble--On!!
  3. I would have to say that red is the dominate color in what I have, a close second to white--😁 and clear😁. Only you Gladys---you must have some Irish blood šŸ€. Marble--On!!
  4. Bricks can be quite addictive---to be sure. Oxblood --On!!
  5. Vacors have pleny of research to depend on---or not. Lets see that new book!! Marble--On!!
  6. Another top shelf marble Galdys. Keep them coming and Marble-On!!
  7. The first one on the left looks like it may have been a beach find. Al may have tagged the second from the left---nice call Al! The last two do look Imperial to me---but not so much as well. The transparent glass throws me off. Marble—On!!
  8. Aley seems too easy for this one. There are too many Alley ID's for me. Put it in sunlight and lets see what shows up. This is an old one and it deserves some more attention imho. Great marble!! (I see Alley also) but!! Marble--On!!
  9. Here is a 1 - 11/16" "Destroyer" and a 7/8" "Leapord". The Leopard has a "chromic finish" such as the one that you show. I just cannot seem to get a good shot of it--the "chromic". Vacor makes some great and some not so great---that is why we collect--we all want the great. Marble--On!!!
  10. Kindey, There are many rare and very collectable Vacor marbles---do not sell yourself short. The swirls are still the king, cat eyes just do not seem to keep up with the popularity/collectability of collectors.( I am not knocking cats—just an observation) I do like cats—even the ugly ones. ā€œRare and Crazyā€ can be attributed to any marble maker, from any time period. Vacor may be the latest along with Jabo (Champion and MK ā€œnewer’ marbles also). Jump onto the train that is current and you will find some oldies involved as well. The day is coming when Akro corkscrews are all but collected then we will all buy from estates—mine included—I hope. Marble—On!!
  11. These are nice images William, The small pink one is just a very nice marble—transitional—not Akro. Pink in any Marble is not common. Transitional marbles will look like Akro corkscrews and visa-versa. This is because Akro Agate used so many variations in color, nothing to be ashamed of here, I thought that the first image was a very cool Akro Cork and they might just show up in this color combo—who knows? The second one is a WVS gone wild imho, not an Akro. There were a few companies that made a nice egg-yolk color besides Akro. Marble—On and keep asking for sure!!
  12. Here is the thing with Vacors Kidneyrobber(love the name), They made many different runs of marbles and they did change up on the naming of some of them. I will bet that I have seen seven different runs of ā€œSerpentsā€. This may be a Vacor marble but the Chinese are producing marbles that are quite similar. Check this link for more info. Just do a ā€œtoy marblesā€ search. https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/Marbles-Glass-Marbles_60242667531.html?spm=a2700.galleryofferlist.normal_offer.d_title.34c24b89v2SrPx&s=p Marble—On!!
  13. Lets just call this one a Vacor game marble Kidney and not get too excited about it. Just mho of course. Marble--On!!
  14. I will be eating popcorn waiting for an ID on this one---a great marble for sure. I thought the P word at first---not. Marble--On!!
  15. This is a long post for me, image wise but what the heck, let’s make this one an ID and a ā€œshow me what you haveā€ thread combined. I know that many of you collect marble games and if you cannot give me any info just feel free to post what you have collected, game wise. I will/you will, love to see them all. Here is a Akro Agate box that has suffered from ā€œcloset crushā€. I wonder how many times ā€œMomā€ had to move it and considered tossing it. I am glad that she did not.It was obviously never played with (notice spot #5).The rest of the Chad’s (sorry Chad, no disrespect) are still in the box. The marbles are Akro Agate Pee wee’s—26 of them, what a deal! This game was also made on the West Coast. It has the same ā€œcool little dudeā€ and trademark. The wording on both box tops is the same. This is one of two that I have seen. It is a bit larger than the Akro Agate version and holds some nicer Vitro 5/8ā€ as player marbles, 26 also. You tell me the age of these Vitro, pretty close in age between the two is my thinking. Also, any info on these games will be appreciated. Thanks, Marble games on!!! and-- Marble—On!! as well!!
  16. This is my best today. Yes, just a box—just a box that was as brittle as a Lays potato chip when I got it. Three/Four story attics will do that. I am glad that it was not exposed to light. The colors are really good---it just takes some patience to get them back to form. I have not handled this one for quite awhile—it is getting close. I do have the marbles than came with it; they are the least of my concerns. Marble—On!!
  17. Well, if you only had one, I would pick the first two for my one---very nice😁. Marble--On!!
  18. Well, If I was a WVS guy--which I am not, I would say that this one is a Heaton---best Guess😁. Marble--On!!
  19. Oh, by the way , Vacor made a series of Planet marbles such as these--not to be confused with what you show.
  20. Now do not take this wrong, I love to ID Vacor marbles. I collect them and am more than happy to help. Here are a few links that may help---keep them coming, the more that I ID Vacors , the better that they stick in my head. Marble—On!! https://www.billes-en-tete.com/liste_billes.php https://www.mikesmarbles.com/reference/mexicanmarbles This is Steps latest venture and it is a great one many links to original Vacor literature. https://marbleconnection.com/forum/34-marble-related-documents-news-etc-especially-items-with-dates/
  21. These Vacors used to be called Planets in the earlier version, now they are referred to as "Galaxy" Marble--On!!
