  1. These Vacors used to be called Planets in the earlier version, now they are referred to as "Galaxy" Marble--On!!
  2. This is another Vacor marble. It may be an unnamed version. Vacor did not name all of the marbles that they produced and many odd ones showed up in “Variety” nets. (it may be a “purple cats-eye”) Vacor cats are all over the place sometimes. Marble—On!!
  3. This one is a Vacor "Dragon" and you are right---they are cool. Marble--On!!
  4. This is a nice one Jeremy, not a Pistachio imho. Pistachios in hand look black as far as the swirls are concerned---they may actually be brown--but this one is a bit light in color for me to call it one. More opinions are needed of course. Marble--On!!
  5. No Ric, I thought this one---ooops. The one that you show--#5 does not convince me of being an Akro corkscrew, I would have to see more images. It looks more like Merlot than Champagne anyhow and that title--- "champagne" is new to me. (red champagne? who makes these up?) Marble--On!!
  6. Do not get me wrong---I love these old boxes and search for them every day---not a marble box though. Old Box On!!!
  7. This one is a Pelt Gladys, I have no doubt---Merry Christmas--weird as it may be---you do have some of the best/strangest of all types and makers. Keep them coming. Marble--On!!!
  8. The background is the thing as it is with image one. Try a black backround and more images to call this one--or better yet---sunlight---natural--no flash. I think that it may be a great one, or just a white on clear snake--which is great in my book. Marble--On!
  9. I have some Curry waiting to be consumed so here is another repost. Marble--On!!
  10. Oh--by the way your images rock---
  11. I really doubt that this is your first Gladys--maybe the first one that has been Identified as such. You just have some very great marbles and I always look forward to what you have to show to all of us. Keep them coming--you will never bore me or anyone else on this board---great---really great-- as always. Keep them coming!! Marble--On!!
  12. Here is a link--just scroll and find it. https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/16mm-25mm-colorful-spot-mix-handmade_62355108286.html?spm=a2700.galleryofferlist.normal_offer.d_title.fd4d6192Gboa17 Marble--On!!
  13. Gladys---you just bring it up a notch as always. This is a CAC and a very nice one at that. Marble--On my Friend---this is a great marble!!
  14. This is of course a bank bag but there many bags/pouches that were custom made and sold with Akro tins as “give-a ways” or a bonus with a buy/get type thing. I have done the research on these custom made pouches and it is my best guess that they were made by a company in Ohio. I will always appreciate the history of these and I will get them when I can. I have found a few that I cannot get any history on as far as the named company is concerned. They can be quite old. I love this stuff---and by the way-----ask Alexa or your named computer to play some “Steely Dan”, great marble music. Marble—On!!
  15. This is a Chinese made marble and pretty new. They come in a variety of colors. This is a nice one. Marble--On!!
  16. I just wish that I had an example to show you. I have two that “may be” and are not so convincing. The Electric yellow CAC slag’s are the tops as far as slag’s go in my opinion. They just light up as no other, in hand, under flash, in sunlight---the tops as far as any yellow ever was or will be. I hope that someone will share one or two in an image---I just love these types. Marble—On!
  17. This one is a very nice Akro in a very nice size---imho of course. Marble--On!!
  18. Sorry my marble collecting friend, no CAC's in that bunch. It is a nice bunch though. CAC marbles are like one per 1000 Akros, you will find them, just keep-- Marbling on!!
  19. Just taking a nap here. I have posted this one before—it is worth another post and I will save this one for the future. Same marble—just different shots. A Blue Oxblood With great lashes--- Marble—On!!
  20. Not CAC, Maybe not a slag--nice drizzle for sure. This is a nice WVS imho.No maker from me😉. Marble--On!!
  21. Ummmm, I think that someone may have been starting/experimenting with torch-work here. Just my humble opinion. Marble--On!!
  22. You may be right Ric. The Pistachio colored marbles are usually either well lit with UV, or not lit at all under UV. Alley Agate "Pistachio", once considered by many/most as a CAC. This is a great example of research, research—on and on. Thanks to all of the diggers/researchers that set this one right. This is a great marble!! Marble—On!!
  23. Nice marble, Hit it with some UV light and lets go from there. Marble--On!!
