    If it is veneered transparent base glass, then it is a Type 1.

    The two possible cat's-eyes are the red/blue one 4th from let and maybe the white/clear one, third from the right. More pictures of those two would help.

    Liberty would be my ID - pic of bag of them. The swirls (vanes) on smaller ones are more closely packed- spread out on larger ones like yours.

    Maybe Vacor Streamer/Spaghetti (name changed from Spaghetti so kids did not try to eat them - they did that with several).

    Nothing definitive but I have always thought 60's+ There are a lot of Japan packaged cat's-eyes out there. Here's a couple. Also, many with the 6-vane, 3-color type cat's-eyes.
