Identification of marbles is always added with knowledge of the size.

You might mean aventurine rather than lutz. Lutz is a goldstone powder and gold sparkles.

Size and condition are very important in determining marble prices. Also, Ebay tends to be artificially high. If you can attend a marble show, I think you will find better prices and a more realistic idea of value.
