  1. Trust me Ron, if you saw it in person you would agree
  2. The blue didn’t photograph as well as in person.
  3. Hard to tell, but I lean towards Smith, as toes look flatter and I don’t see any tint to the glass.
  4. The book “L.E. Alley, Father of West Virginia Swirls “ says L. E. Smith copies are usually clear without a hint of tint color as opposed to Alley and generally Alley molds show more detail and the toes on the Alley sparrow have a sharp angle and the Smith bird has flatter toes. Some Alley sparrows have a taller and steeper angled tail. The wings are different and some Alleys bend their beak nearer the ground. Hope this helps with ID.
  5. It’s merely a sign that the plaintiff attorneys have taken over. We have more lawyers per capita than any other nation in the world.
  6. Top right and bottom two look CAC but no sure about top left IMHO.
  7. I would call all three Alleys but will see what others think.
  8. Peltier Rainbo left and Akro on the right IMHO.
  9. Not a big Jabo guy, but those are beautiful marbles!
