Ric
Very cool, Craig, thanks for the link. The packages look a little different than the cello and plastic ones I've seen -they sort of look flat-backed and shrink wrapped. Have you seen similar? It'd be nice to have that cat display. Chad G.
Man what a blast from the past Craig. Being a kid sure was great. Talk about the meaning of "no worries" thanks for the "post" 🤣
wvrons
Oh how I remember that + and the count down 10-9-8-7-6 . The countdown to the start of so many shows and movies. Good memories, Thanks Craig.
Al Oregon
I think the bottom two in this portion of my display case are ones from Post.

Ric
A lot of the cellophane ones were packaged by an outfit called Perfection Packaging in Shelburn IN, which closed a good many years ago. I ran into an old gent who had a lot of cello bags he got from his sister, who worked there. And a variety of marbles, including MK cat's eyes and Vitro Tiger Eyes have been dug at a dump associated with the site.

I thought they looked unusually stiff in the commercials, almost like they were shrink-wrapped - there didn't appear to be any sag when he pulled them out of the boxes and laid them on the table. Al Oregon
The cellophane types, like the ones at the bottom of my pic, do not sag. The poly types would.
