Marble Games--ID---show us what you have!

Recommended Posts

This is a long post for me, image wise but what the heck, let’s make this one an ID and a “show me what you have” thread combined.
I know that many of you collect marble games and if you cannot give me any info just feel free to post what you have collected, game wise. I will/you will, love to see them all.
Here is a Akro Agate box that has suffered from “closet crush”. I wonder how many times “Mom” had to move it and considered tossing it. I am glad that she did not.It was obviously never played with (notice spot #5).The rest of the Chad’s (sorry Chad:rolleyes:, no disrespect) are still in the box. The marbles are Akro Agate Pee wee’s—26 of them, what a deal!
This game was also made on the West Coast. It has the same “cool little dude” and trademark. The wording on both box tops is the same. This is one of two that I have seen. It is a bit larger than the Akro Agate version and holds some nicer Vitro 5/8” as player marbles, 26 also.
You tell me the age of these Vitro, pretty close in age between the two is my thinking. Also, any info on these games will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Marble games on!!! and--
Marble—On!! as well!!

Alley made the cup for this game so a HTF item (for me anyway) especially in one piece, the cups were thin.

One more, believe it or not I found the marbles and the board separately almost 200 miles apart, I had the box for the board as well but it decided to grow wings and fly away ??

Nice collection Chad.

The one with the chicken wire is very cool. Great graphics on the "5 in 1".

Marble--On!!

The Chicken wire is actually what it was made w/ it really surprised me !! The thing is almost indestructible, I bet I could run it over w/ ,my truck and it would still function. I love it, takes me back to playing "Skee-Ball" at the fair when I was a kid "winner, winner, every one's a winner" with the smell of popcorn and beer sausages wafting through the air, sweeet memories !!
