Cool looking marbles for sure.
The one with the yellow involved is a poorly made cateye imho—still a cool find—no maker from me.
The other one—if it was intended to be a “bead” would have a hole through it more often than not. It is an odd duck and it reminds me of a “bullet mold” marble.

It does have a an opening into a perfect cylinder going directly through the center. It's pretty cool how they can ream a hole through the glass like that where you can see straight to the other side. Thanks for all the help!. Wish I could get a good pic of it

The bead wasn't drilled.  It was mandrel-wound, a common and easy modern bead making technique.  Its the first flameworked bead making technique taught in basic classes.

As noted earlier, the first is just a funky cats eye.
