  1. i should have said Chrysler Motor Parts plant, mopar has been chryslers knickname for their motor parts division since about 1920 or 30's, but the name "mopar" to any car person means Chrysler,,bj

  10. hmmmm, you see more guineas then i have of these types, i had the red one for a couple years along with the white banded ones which are more common, i have looked and looked all that time for a second red one and in one weekend found the only bag they, the color ones) came in, im selling so despite that, rare?, yea they are quite rare in my opinion or at least very hard and a very over looked marble to collect, lemme go look for the pic of my bag,,, bj

Not sure what to say to that, i to have seen some strange mibs out there that boggles my minds, case in point the mint AMT mibs i just found recently, 115 yrs old and no damage not even a crackle in the glaze,,, the question thats been bothering me is, didnt Alan sell this?,, doesnt anyone think he would have picked up on a remelt or tourch made,,, dunno,, but interesting thought,,, bj

  16. just a quick note to say the very first original post, that marble, pelt did make a light green and black pearless patch in them colors, i have only one but i wouldnt rule that first one out as it being a pelt,,,bj
  17. ive seen some messed up pelts but that one ranks right up there amongst the greats, what a find whosever it is,, bj
