  1. It's a little sloppy - tough to make out the seams.
  2. I think it's probably foreign.
  3. Maybe I should have added, " . . . away from my marbles and photos." It's not like I'm stuck and I can't get out. πŸ˜†

Sometime after 1958, not earlier ones from St. Mary's.
  5. I think it's a nice example of a Pennsboro Alley.
  6. It's a patch, a veneered Victory-style marble, at least. I think old-timers may have referred to them as "Spots" but that term is no longer used as far as I know. It's probably older than the more common Victorys.
  7. Yes, a Tiger Eye - looks to be opaque Type IV.
  8. There can be AV in these types. I don't know if there is in your marble, but I'd recommend looking for it in the green.
  9. Maybe Vacor but the pics are a little too small and out of focus for me to see much detail.
  10. I think it might be an Ace with a base that's just a little different - maybe a tiny bit of blue streaking in there, but not a Prizename.

I agree it is likely Alley.

Could probably be a few different companies, including Champion.
  13. I don't see any Parrots- mostly Blackine All Reds and Tiger Eyes, nice selection of big Vitros though!

I think it may be Japanese transitional, perhaps Yasuda, and that there is a creased pontil buried in that damage.
  15. I agree - a Conqueror with weak white coverage.
  16. It's a Black Line All Red - the older type of All Red.
  17. That seems like a really bright yellow for Master on the second one - I wonder about Akro possibilities. Either way, it's a very nice marble.
  18. I think it might be a variation of "Spin Jenny", which, as far as I understand, involved spinning a wooden dreidle-like top to knock mibs into the point holes.
  19. That's a great Tiger Eye, Gladys- any AV in that green?
  20. My favorite day am I'm stuck in a hotel. But I'm enjoying the great WVS - thanks for showing them!
  21. Nice Cat's Eyes, Chris - that blue is intense.
